Bill Nye's problem is that he started taking himself seriously. He was
funny when he was doing pseudo-science on Almost Live ,making things blow up
for John Keister's benefit, but now he is boring. I had the misfortune of
watching the Bill Nye show yesterday, and I was almost asleep by the time it
was done. That has never happened with Beakman. He just went on and on and
on and on and on....
This is too bad, because I like Bill Nye as a comedian, but like Scott said,
he should have stuck to playing Speed Walker.
