Most sites cannot provide these kinds of direct news feeds cuz AP or UPI
would be on them faster than business on the net.
I have a link to the CNN Headline news feeds section from my Weird Wild
Wonderful on the WWW page from Links from the Underground:
http://raptor.swarthmore.edu/jahall/
Hope this is somethin' like what you're lookin' for.

But when you try this link you get the following error message:
"Contact Chet Rhodes (301)405-2402 to access this system. It is restricted
to Educational groups with CNN permission. Sorry, we don't allow off-site
access to this server."

My XMosaic client does properly display 2-color transparent icons.
I have "solved" this by editing the icon to have at least 3 colors
(even one pixel at a 3rd color is enough). This seems to fix it.
Hope it helps,
Dave
