[DM4 Orders] Final shipment as of 11/23/2001

To all that have ordered a DM4 recently. All books are shipped as of today.
From experience, books will take about a week in the USA and overseas
anywhere between 2 weeks (northern Europe) to 4 to 8 weeks everywhere else.
Yes, some shipments took 8 weeks, but this may have been due to 9/11, I
don't know.

In any case, I have about 30 books left and I'm closing orders for now. With
the holidays coming up and some other things, I just don't want to deal with
it for a few months.

I plan to rewrite the IFLibrary website over the coming months to include
the remaining DM4's, possibly On-Demand DM4's as well as the Hugo and TADS
manuals. I don't foresee the IF Theory book printing until 2003. The
print-on-demand business is getting more fluid and I think printing these
books will become more fluid and possibly streamlined where you'll order
from the IFLibrary website and the book will ship directly to you. At least
this is what I'm hoping to accomplish.

Thanks for everyone's orders. I sold about 530 books overall and gave away
about 20 and Graham received 20 himself. Obviously, if anyone desperately
needs a DM4, they can e-mail me directly and we'll work something out. I
will not guarantee that I'll run down to the post offce and ship it
immediately though as I'm very busy these days.

Anyway - I'd say this was a grand success and hope to offer more
publications next year.
