The CIA is basically in the business of stealing things (some liars and thiefs).
This is the basic nature of the CIA - no more and no less. So whatever the CIA is
telling you directly, it is most likely some type of deception (liars). They are
the culture of thiefs and liars, which makes the whole CIA organization ... what
does it make the CIA?

Other than that ... isn't it very interesting.
