Mr. McGehee:

I use the handle, -mycroft
I have some friends who use other handles.
These are easily duplicated.
I claim "no knowledge" about
someone using your signature.

There are many trolls in the usenet.
PGP signatures are not easily duplicated.
Trolls, those that might use anonymous mailers
and the like to keep from being traced,
don't like them.

I don't claim to know your business, but
I think the first step toward protecting
your good name might be an encrypted
signature.
