I just got off the phone with a friend who edits the VHF column for
QST (the ham radio magazine published by the American Radio Relay League).
It seems Friday featured a record for 2 way transmissions through tropo
ducting.
Now he'd like to get his hands on a surface chart for 17 September 1993
so he can have it published. Any hour is ok, though closer to 5z is best.
Can you help or point in the right direction?
