Butch and Zak are given a thorough telling off by Tara, but instead of
chucking them out of their property, she issues a strong warning. She later
does the same for Seth (who has been implicated by Butch), after some
prompting from Biff. Biff thanks her for being lenient.

Eric offers (nay, insists) that he help out in the T rooms while Kathy is
busy with Alice, who is still ill. Betty is not pleased, Marlon wonders what
he is up to... Eric: "I'm playing Mr Nice Guy..." Marlon: "Eric, you're a
cheese, but then so was Hitler"

Will is caught in front of the telly by Jack & Sarah. He lies about felling
ill.

At the Vets, Kelly tells Zoe about hoping to find out more about her mother.
Zoe suggests Directory Enquiries to get in touch with Kelly's mum's friend
in London. She is invited there for the weekend.

Biff is allowed the night off but is issued with a bleeper. Kim arrives to
work at the stud farm.

Mandy and Kelly go on a mission to HF to liberate Kim's clothes. Meanwhile,
in the boardroom, all the HF staff and tenants are in attendance for a
meeting with Lady T and Chris. They receive the news that Chris is MD and
therefore In Charge of Them.
Mandy and Kelly creep upstairs to raid the wardrobe...
Chris says that he will complete a full audit of the business and that if
everything is profitable, no-one need worry...
Mandy is now outside, Kelly throwing clothes out of the window to her. At
the wrong moment, Chris wheels out of the house to have a frock land on his
head!

COMMERCIALS

Kelly persuades Chris to let Mandy go. She tells the truth (for once) saying
they were nicking them to sell at the jumble sale. Chris: "But they are Home
Farm Property!" Kelly: "Yeah, as if you're going to wear 'em". Kelly has him
wrapped around her little finger... She tells him all about her mum, he
agrees to take her to London. Later, in the Woolie, Kelly says she genuinely
likes Chris, he's not as bad as people think. (Interesting, she really seems
to be honest with him at the moment!)

Rachel arrives at the Sugdens to tell them Will has been bunking off school,
and that he missed the rugby final. Rachel also says that when he did
arrive, he was hungover and smelled of alcohol.

At HF, Kim and Seth have a friendly chat ("How you keeping lass" etc) before
Chris arrives to say she should find alternative offices within 48 hours.
Seth receives a formal warning from Chris re: the poaching.

At the cottage, Biff tells the lads that "Tara" is alright. He's fallen for
her alright! They crack open the cans. Biff: "You wanna know why I took
this job?" Roy: "Coz you fancy Lady Tara"
Biff and Roy head off for the Woolie, leaving Will (who looks drunk) slumped
in front of the telly.

At the Wine Bar, Zoe gives Eric a lukewarm response to the new decor (he
seems to have borrowed the lights from Mandy's bed). Marlon warns he may
lose some of the upper crust customers, Eric says it is a long term plan
where he will own everything....

At the Wollie the Quiz Night has begun. "In which city would you find York
Minster" etc. Mildly amusing Dingle humour. Alan offers free pints for
correct answers, all of a sudden Zak is brain of Britain!!
Biff's bleeper keeps going off, he ignores it as he is already well over the
limit.

Marlon arrives home with a bottle of expensive wine liberared from the Wine
Bar. He shares it with Will. Jack arrives... and has a go at him. He says he
will phone Action Man to make arrangements for him to go back to Germany...

THAT'S YER LOT UNTIL NEXT TIME
