Millennium!s End Movie Deal Signed

An option agreement for the production of an interactive movie based on
the critically-acclaimed Millennium!s End modern roleplaying game was
signed this month by Chameleon Eclectic Entertainment, Inc., publisher of
the game, and CyberVision Interactive Pictures.

CyberVision, a Florida-based movie production company, will produce and
license interactive movies as well as traditional passive movies for
worldwide distribution in various formats. The company's films, referred
to as !Cinematic Games,! create a new entertainment experience by
combining the live action of traditional movies with the personal control
and participation of video games. State of the art laserdisc technology
gives the audience direction and feedback as they use Nintendo-like
pistol grip control pads at each theatre seat to make choices for the
movies! characters that control the plot and outcome of the film.

With their imaginative settings, emphasis on the actions of small groups
of characters, and episodic nature, roleplaying games are an ideal basis
for interactive films. CyberVision sought out Millennium!s End because of
its high-tech image, near-future setting, and unique blend of
action-adventure and thriller elements.

Initially, Millennium!s End and other CyberVision Cinematic Games will be
played in movie theatres throughout the U.S. which have installed the
Interfilm Theatre System. Currently, twenty-one theatres have signed
contracts to install the Interfilm System in their facilities, and that
number is expected to increase dramatically in the coming months.

Versions of the Millennium!s End Cinematic Game will also play on a
variety of home computer and CD-ROM platforms now capable of playing
full-motion video, including IBM PC, Apple Macintosh, Sega CD, Panasonic
3DO and the proposed Nintendo CD. Additional film scenes not available in
the shortened theatrical version will be incorporated into the longer
home version of the Cinematic Game, which will also be licensed to cable
television operators for distribution to homes via state of the art
two-way interactive cable systems recently introduced in several parts of
the country or currently being developed.

A screenplay for the Millennium!s End Cinematic Game has already been
drafted, and production is expected to begin in July 1994 for a Christmas
1994 market release.
