Counting the Earls of Arundel or aplogies to Leo

A few days ago Leo gave Richard FitzAlan m Isabel Despencer as the 10th
Earl of Arundel and I asked if he was in fact the 9th Earl as given in
Burke's D&XP. Leo said he could be wrong but I have checked in CP and
now I think Leo was right all along, Richard FitzAlan was indeed the
10th Earl.
According to CP Dugdale made an error in the d' Aubigny line and if
Burke used this as the source it could account for the discrepancy.
