Jonno's Jibberings Thurs 12th

Paddy is forced to get rid of his pickled vet specimens by Mandy. Butch and
Sam take them and set up a Freek Show (sic). They set up on the roadside,
in the middle of nowhere, with all sorts of odd junk and a piglet which
they have put a doll's leg on to, to make it a *freek*.

Kelly tells Mandy that she has told Chris about the pregnancy and now she's
not sure as he hasn't said anything.

It's Tony's first day of the activity malarky.

Chris brings Joseph to work, which doesn't amuse Kelly. She thinks he is
rubbing her nose in it.

Steve arrives at Home Farm and Kim says "I see you've found a spine donor
then". Not amused at being stood up the other night. She also says
"everytime I see you I think of Alex". If Steve still wants to marry her he
will have to think up some good reasons.

Chris questions Kelly about the baby. She tells him that she is just
friends with Roy and hasn't slept with him, which is true, but of course
she doesn't mention Biff.
Chris says they should clear up the situation quickly and quietly. He'll
make the arrangements and "look after her". Sucker.

Sam takes Cathy two pickled eggs as a present. He got Butch to paint the
letter A on one and T on the other. He holds them up to spell AT and tells
Cathy that's his message. She asks why AT. Sam blames Butch for getting it
wrong, he wanted to say TA. Nice little gag that leads on to the reading
again. Cathy gets him to come round again to read with Alice.

Tony's activity group get themselves to the pub. Tony's assistant is
telling a joke about table dancers and lap dancers. A chinless wonder asked
what the difference is and Mandy buts in, "well table dancers dance on
tables and lap dancers come from Lapland" Boom boom :-)

Steve asks Kim who told her about Alex and lies about his involvement
saying he was only trying to see what the helicopter was doing and got held
at gunpoint. Kim falls for it as usual.

Butch delivers aletter from Kim to Outhwaite. Lynn, her mother and sister
go to see him later and he is not in. They wait for a while and are about
to go when Lynn finds him on the floor of a barn with the letter beside
him. She thinks he is dead and says the letter said they were going to
throw him out.
