We start with a pathetic Kelly lying "dying" on the sofa. Morning sickness
??
Viv being nasty....Vic sticking up for her. All too predictable.
Andy persuades Robert to go back to Outhwaite's farm after school to
discover the "maggoty" body of his wife.
Paddy and Mandy discuss their future i.e. where are they going to live.
Mandy wants something new, but Paddy is in no rush. They compromise on
staying put just now, but will move in the summer.
Jan is coming home for a day visit. Ned is not so sure.
Chris comes to visit the "ill" Kelly. He's frightened he's scaring her off.
(Big snog....and then she wipes her mouth !! )
Paddy and Mandy ask Zac for permission to live together. A family meeting
is required to sanction this. Hypocritical since Zac and Lisa lived
together for ages.
Outhwaite comes round to the Vet's surgery to give Paddy a jar of pickled
onions as a thank you. He says to Zoe "I don't know any vets who would
immunise a whole herd of cows for nowt". Oops. Zoe is not pleased by her
ignorance.
The Dingle family conference is convened at the Woolie. "Let's look at the
pro's and cons. Icould get a lift to work in the morning. The rent would
come in handy.We wouldn't have to pay us vet's bills. Paddy could be flush
enough to put a shower unit in. etc etc"
Lisa points out that they are trying to decide if it is right for Mandy.
Then Butch reminds Zac that he still owes Paddy for Lisa's wedding ring.
Suddenly Zac says "we're all agreed then". (A bit too much of a characature
methinks)
Betty is not best pleased when she finds out. Cut to the quick. Mortally
offended. That sort of thing.
Andy and Robert arrive at Outhwaite's farm after school and go down the
cellar or whatever it was again. Whilst cutting the string round the
carpet/body they knock over a pan and surprise surprise Outhwaite hears. He
grabs his gun and they scarper. It appears they have discovered loads of
goodies/valuables, but no body.
Mandy takes the bull by the horns and tells Biff that Kelly is preganant
with his baby. Biff storms out of the Woolpack and straight round to see
Kelly. They go for a walk and Biff tells her he won't run away. Kelly tells
him it has nothing to do with him as it's not his child.
And that was almost the end apart from Andy finding lots of old money in a
box he lifted from Outhwaite's.
