Vets Surgery
Paddy, Zoe and Betty are all there. Betty is having her say about the
evictions of Zack and Ned. She asks why Zoe didn't warn them. Zoe
tries to convince her that she didn't know about it. Betty says that
she can't believe that surely being a member of the board she had to
have been told. Betty tells her that she is 'nowt but show'.

Cottage
Tara pages Biff but he ignores it. Marlon tells him that he can't
finish it with Tara just because people are upset. Biff says that its
not that. Will asks if he loves her and says that if he does then he
should stand by her. Jack comes in, asks Biff why he isn't out doing
Tara's dirty work. Biff runs upstairs, Jack asks if Will can talk to
Emma. The phone rings, Marlon answers to find it is Tara, asking for
Biff.

Home Farm
Tara is shown on the phone to Marlon.

Primrose Cottage
Kim gets a letter from Home Farm about Tara selling her share of the
stud. The letter invites Kim to sell her share as well. Kim is livid
as she can't afford to buy Tara out and if she sells then all the money
will go to their creditors.

Tearooms/Diner
Rachel and Kathy are talking about the new decor. Betty comes in, asks
if it is too late to make changes. She thinks it is too American.
Kathy asks if she has ever been. Betty says yes and once was enough and
anyway all she has to do now is walk out of her front door and it looks
like she is in Texas.

In the surrounding countryside
Heather, Kirsty and Lynn are taking a walk. Heather is giving up her
job at the pub for a job with better hours so she can spend more time
with Lynn and Kirsty. When asked about Terry she answers 'New home, new
start'.

Home Farm
Tara is still phoning around trying to get hold of Biff. She is
lamenting that she could lose him over this. She tells Laura that it
was bad enough evicting his friends but getting him to deliver the
notices. Laura and Chris tell her that the for sale signs are going
up. Kim bursts in angry about the stud. Chris starts gloating. Kim
asks if she is doing it because Chris asked her too. tara says its
because of the financial situation that she is in. Kim reminds her that
she knows the financial relationship that her and Steve are in. Kim
says there is no way that she is selling.

Holiday Village
A new bloke has arrived to join in with Rachel's aerobics classes.
Kirsty and Emma are drooling over him (Graham) and also Scott who has
joined in. Paulette comes over and tells them that they haven't got a
hope in hell.

Woolpack
Marlon and Biff are in having a drink. Marlon is telling him that he
has to do something and talk to Tara. Betty is telling Alan about the
diner and how Seth is away at the moment looking after his sister who
has had a stroke, he's gone to the Isle of Wight. Alan asks why she
didn't go too, but she says that Kathy couldn't do without her. Heather
comes in and wants a private word with Alan but he claims he is too
busy. Zak comes in with Lisa talking about how the Dingles are doomed,
he comments on Biff showing his face in the pub. Lynn comes over and
tells Marlon that they are moving. Zak comments that Tara is just a
posh tart who has it in for commoners, Lisa points out that that cannot
be right as she is seeing Biff. Zak then makes a move towards Biff but
Betty stands in his way. Heather, sick of waiting for Alan announces
that she is handing her notice in. She then leaves as Terry arrives and
it is left to Alan to tell him. Zak tries to get Lisa to take the
vacant barmaids job.

Holiday Village
Rachel is doing the aerobics. Kirsty apologises to Emma but Emma says
it doesn't matter. She tells her that they are moving to Hotten and
making a new start. Emma asks her to wirte to her in Germany. Kirsty
confides in her that she has to see a counsellor, but Emma says that is
a good thing as they really helped her after she had had Emma.

Village
A For Sale sign is being put up outside Betty and Seths. Viv sees it
happening.

Woolpack
Alan wants Terry to talk to Heather. Betty is complaing to Kathy that
the change to a diner is taking a big leap downmarket. Viv comes in and
announces to Betty about the For Sale sign. the entire pub go out to
see if it is true, including Biff.

Street
Betty is devastated when she sees the sign and goes into her house to
ring Home Farm. She finds the eviction notice on her mat. Viv starts
bitching about it all. Everyone asks Biff if he delivered it. Biff
denies knowing about it and that he didn't deliver it. Betty asks how
he can stand by Tara when she is doing this. He tells her again that he
didn't know. Kathy tells him that he should disappear and go find his
girlfriend.

ADVERTS

Vet's Surgery
Paddy goes barging in and tells Zoe about Betty and Seth and the sign
going up. He asks her again to do something.

Home Farm
Laura and Chris are talking. Tara comes in. They think she should take
some time off to sort out her personal problems. Betty comes in
followed by Kathy and starts laying in to Tara. Tara apologises and
says there is nothing she could do. Chris tells Kathy to take Betty
home. Once they have left, Tara starts questioning what she is doing.
She's even evicting pensioners now.

Woolpack
Alan again asks Terry to talk to Heather, he goes into the back to see
her. He asks her about giving her notice in, and he tries to tell her
he wants to end it, but Heather gets in first, explaining that what they
had was fun but it wasn't going anywhere. She tells him that they are
moving out tomorrow.

Cottage
Biff goes upstairs. Will is talking to Emma, he tells her that Jakc and
Sarah are worried about her. Emma tells him that she is lonely and that
she misses Action Drone and Becky more that she thought she would.
There is nothing to keep her here anymore and she misses having Will
about. Will offers to walk her home and Emma tells him about Robert and
Andy's crush on her. As they are leaving the cottage they bang into
Tara who asks if Biff is in. Will goes and shouts him and leaves Tara
at the door. She asks if she can come in, to talk. She tells him how
she has been trying to get hold of him and how everyone has been coming
round to have a go at her. He has little sympathy. She tells him she
needs the money but he questions that, when has she ever really needed
money. Betty and Seth need money to keep a room over their heads. She
tells him that she would do anything to be with him. He asks her to
give Betty and Seth their house back. She can't. He tells her that she
can't care for him as she has been sending him out delivering the
letters. She tells him that he is the most important person in her
life, she needs him and she loves him. He can't reject her. Biff puts
his arms round her.

Woolpack
Jack asks Kathy if she would mind them throwing a surprise leaving party
for Emma at the new Diner. Betty is telling Kathy how she wishes Seth
was here to deal with all of this. Viv is gloating over Kim and Steve
at the bar, commenting on how Tara must be having 'money trouble'. When
people don;t have money they are powerless. The bloke from aerobics
(Graham) comes in and Rachel and Kathy are weighing him up.

Cottage
Biff states again that if Tara really loved him then she would give
Betty and Seth their house back. Tara tells him that if she makes one
exception then there would be streams of people wanting the same. He
repeats himself that if she really loved him she would do this for him,
no matter how hard it was. She says that she can't. Biff gets up and
tells her to go. She says she loves him. Biff tells her she doesn't
and says that they are finished and he doesn't want to see her again.

THE END
