orders via email? I have used one such shop almost 2 years ago
but forgot the address.

Here's a list of mail-order computer book stores. All three of these
publish computer book catalogs or newsletters free for the asking, accept
orders by fax, e-mail, and telephone, accept all the usual credit cards,
and handle orders from both inside and outside the U.S.. If people want
to send in other suggestions I can make up a monthly FAQ.

I'd just like to add Total Information in Rochester, NY (1-800-876-4636).
FYI for people in Southern Ontario, I've found their turnaround
very fast (sometimes less than a week to get a book). And you can call
their 800 number in Canada.
