Hi,

We can't figure what we have done (or not..)

The server take about ten minutes to load (staying a long time with
"preparing network connections". All the DNS are ok, not a station is open,
not a router.

When this is finished to load, we see in the event viewer 4 problems, with
the scecli, and security problem.

Everithing works fine, except the policies. When we wand to charge them from
the active directory, it says that it can't find the PDC. We checked
everithing, and the server is THE PDC !!! So, we can't add new policies, but
the station can't still charge and discharge normally.

Can you help me ? (and sorry for my poor english).

The scecli and security log entries about not being able to apply policy
stuff means your network bindings are messed up. Try:

Q258296 - Unbinding File and Printer Sharing from Primary Network Adapter in
Multihomed Domain Controller Causes Policy Problems on the Domain Controller

If this doesn't fit, search msdn with "scecli". You'll probably find that
once you solve this, you can edit the policies the way you want to.

One of the "dumb" things that MS did was put up that "preparing network
connections". Only the first section is really that, it is just that MS
chose to only display every 4th or 5th message. You can edit the Group
Policies to change it and see them all --- and if you do, you will notice
that the system is actually setting up AD, running group policies for the
domain controller, for computers, for domain members, starting MUP and on
and on and on. Ten minutes for a PDC and all the other SBS services is not
too long.

As for the errors, many many are (as Steve indicated) due to the external
interface being given a higher priority in the bindings list than the local
(internal) interface. If that doesn't resolve it, post the messages and
we'll help you further.
