If he wants an ego boost I'm happy to oblige.

I loved his TV show, as it seemed so informal, genuinely, unlike many
shows which are obviously not.

And his column in the Weekend Guardian is the only thing worth reading
in the whole mag, except for Stephen Appleby's and Biff's cartoons.
Honestly, all those pages of full colour printing going to waste on
complete shite. What a sensless waste :-)

Hope he's satisfied.

Actually I quite like him. Aside from Time Out and the Guardian, doesn't he also
do the films page in that ace magazine Select?

Did he also used to be the manager of Manchester group The Man from
Delmonte?

(And, while I mention it, does anyone know what any of them are up to
these days?)
