Alfred,

Not only was I shocked, I was flabbergasted! Sure you need the space for the
twins' car seats, but man, a car that size, you should get a driver and relax
in the "owner's corner" with your Cuban cigars. One of my brother's friend's
(the one who sat next to you that night) is a Nissan salesman (notice how he
dropped the Maxima into the conversation), he referred to your car as a "kalo
kalo" (fruit machine) for gas. And all the gadgets on it, I wish my brother had
seen it, he loves stuff like that, I guess the only thing you need on that car
now are propellers to take you back to Jersey on auto pilot.

As you have found out, I'm not a big car person, all this talk about V-8 this
and Horsepower that sounds like French to me, one thing I do like about the new
S-Class Benz (the Beast as they call them in Lagos) is the front lights, and
that's about it, I can't help but wish I could afford to buy one for my mother.

When next I come to New York, I hope you'll let me test drive to see if I'm
missing anything by not liking big cars. Take care paddy mi.

Chauffer ke??? [smiles] If I employ a chauffer,
where will the gas money come from? hahaha.
Most importantly, I won't be able to afford those
cigars and the cavendish tobacco for my pipes
anymore.

In a way, the car is a "kalo-kalo." It consumes
93 octane and above in very large gulps. On
the propellers, I might have to wait until I move
to a state that has a higher speed limit than that
of New Jersey, which is a measly 55 mph.

I had an unfortunate incident with a New Jersey
State Trooper a week after I took delivery of
the coach last year. I was doing over 80 miles
per hour on the New Jersey Turnpike. Well, to
cut a long stroy short, I ended up with a nice
big fat, juicy ticket. :-(

It surprised me that you are not a big car person,
considering the fact that you are not a "small"
person! By God's grace, you'd be able to buy a
"beast" for Momsie! I hope God will provide one
for me too.....[amen]

Sure! Why not? Maybe a test drive is what you need
to really appreciate super-tanks <g>

I am glad you made it safely back to Jandon. How
is your daughter? I hope she's doing fine. I am
looking forward to your next visit.
