Mr Yahrling has proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that he is
unconcerned with the rules and by-laws of Our Governance.
He has apparently forgotten that he was elected by his fellows as
President with the duty to follow Our Own Rules. He obviously believes
himself to have been appointed as a Napoleonic type tyrant.
Treasurer - Dr. Lee Schlictemeir:
Do I have to say anything? Obviously all of you are already
aware of the good Doctors inability to keep track of his own jump numbers.
Yes, Our own Treasurer's jump numbers went down between 1998 and 2000

Yes , Dr Lee .., under oath ,told the courts that Billy Richards just
couldn't serve as a BOD member as he had falsified USPA records.
The fact is that the hypocritical Dr.Lee had falsified his own USPA
documents that year. There is hard proof of that fact. There is no proof
that Mr. Richards ever falsified any USPA record,other than Lee the
hypocrites ' own testimony.

Now Ms. Murdock is kind of special to my heart as she has made so
many flirtatious advances toward me.
The latest was toward the end of the last plenary session when she
stated, " I'm sure if we are doing any thing wrong "Treetop" will let us
know."

Yes , the sure fact is that Ms Murdock testified before the Court in the
State of New York that Mike Mullins had violated the" Basic Safety
Regulations"!
As you all know we have no "Regulations" , but only recommendations.
Ms. Murdock testified in front of the State of New York that Mike Mullins
had violated "regulations" which had never been established. She is a
Jezebel, a perjurer, and an Executive Committee member.

attorney with an incident report which he should not have held? The

Mr Goswitz- You are found guilty by association. You certainly have never

committee. I have no doubt that you knew full well during the last GMM that
the chair had conducted that meeting in violation of Our rules.
