Audigy 2 premium and a lot of problems

Today, bought a Audigy2 Premium. But not still happy with it! OS: Windows XP
professional

Problems:
- Don't hear any sound when playing the Audio DVD samples and Audio sample
DVD.
- Only sound through front and rear speakers (4)
- No sound through rear speakers when playing (wave) files in Windows Media
Player
- The launcher above the screen doesn't launch applications when touching
the buttons.

Audigy2 attached with yellow digital in cable to my DTT 2500 dolby digital
set.
Added the analog cables in the bus marked with line1 and line2 uses for the
audio dvd samples!!??
Digital output only checked and unchecked, no result....

PLEASE, any suggestions......

Unless the sounds are in the AC3 or later format you may not receive
the surround sound. Does movie surround sound come through?
