Audigy 2 Installation problems

I am having some problems getting my Audigy 2 card to work propperly
under W2K with SP3.

Everything installs just fine , drivers and addon products.
Self test of the soundcard works fine , no errors or noncompleted.

When i choose to calibrate my speakers i get a error message saying i
have plugged in one of my speakers incorrect (but they are correctly
plugged in) but the sound comes out correct from the speakers.
The calibration is succesfull and now my problems start.

When i do the calibration all my sounds work , but no program can
generate any sound.

What am i missing , all help appreciated.

I am running:

P4 1,6 Ghz
512 MB Ram
Visiontech GeForce 3
W2K SP3
Logitech Z - 540 speaker system.

Check your Resource settings -- Audigy series cards must NOT share an
IRQ with any thing in the PC (Video network etc.)
