HelpAssistant user deleted

I know this question has been posed before, but I can't find an answer
anywhere.

I accidentally deleted the HelpAssistant user in XP, and now I can't use
Remote Assistance. I get the old "A Program Could Not Start. Please try
again" error.

Has anyone found a way to recreate this user yet?

Hope this post doesn't discourage others, but I can't see any evidence that
anyone has.

There's a KB article explaining that the password on the account gets reset
when you run System Restore, thus invalidating any outstanding help
tickets--but I don't see how that is useful.

Seems like a repair (upgrade over) install is the obvious thing. Your
situation is better (I hope) than the last poster of this question I recall,
who had done a corporate rollout of an image which didn't include this user.
