In view of the recent news items posted on the Internet today,
June 30 and since the 'Internet' is used as a powerful
communication and information tool and any news items posted
tends to carry a lot of weight, we felt it necessary to comment.

In my experience, anything posted to the net can influence
individuals, or potential customers whether it be true or false.
And also a band-wagon effect can be created quickly, whether
it be positive or negative.

I want everyone to realize that I, and Quest Windows Corporation,
believe in freedom of speech and believe in the network. However,
we are all accountable for our actions when it comes to the net
and we need to realize we are subject to the consequences that
may be a direct result of our comments. Damages that may occur,
especially when posted on a world-wide net, can sometimes be
astronomical.

Therefore, we want to seize this opportunity to provide information
to those people who may not have heard of Quest Windows Corporation
and to provide more about the development products we provide.

Our position is that the GUI builder market and market in general
is shrinking for those still embracing older technology and in
any shrinking market there are 'shake-outs`. Quest, with its'
commitment to ObjectViews C++, has moved to a whole new market
where pure C++ objects (not bindings to an older technology) are
keeping pace with the revolution taking place today.

Quest ObjectViews C++ is an object-oriented GUI development
environment and is the only commercial implementation based
on 'InterViews'. Quest has had an ongoing commitment to
InterViews for almost 4 years now and we plan to migrate
rapidly to Fresco when it is released. This history in
itself should substantiate commitment and stability.

Quest Windows continues to emphasize the importance of
Research and Development. The most recent results are the
current release of ObjectViews C++ 3.0.3 and also the
display of our Windows NT port in June at Xhibition 93.

Quest Windows Corporation accepts challenge and competition
in this GUI development environment and maintains this stance
which will prove itself in time. Hopefully, we will all
welcome competition in a professional manner and will succeed
based on the merits of our products.

Regards,

Ted R. Kurts
President and CEO
Quest Windows Corporation
