We were planning to purchase from this person/company but he has
requested for pre-payment in advance.

After reading the various posts about what people have mentioned, we have
decided to hold our purchase until we see a full resolution to this problem.

He provided us with the following information :

Anthony Van Dean
6343 El Cajon Blvd, #301
San Diego, CA 92115
Phone : (619)-292-9722

He provided the following net references some of whom were the ones who
posted about him "SCAMMING" and cashing their checks without shiping
their goods.

His Net references on those who PRE-PAID :

bod...@netcom.com (Mary / Steven Ewers) Pre-paid over $17,000.00....
vpr...@welchlink.welch.jhu.edu (Valery Price)
b...@selu.edu (Brian Acosta)
dun...@cts.com (Mark Dunatov)
ind...@hopf.dnai.com (Sashi Chimala)
br...@dmi.qc.ca (Bruce ???)

Those who have had problems might want to contact the others to see if
they are in the same situation.

Pre-payment is always VERY dangerous. Trying to save the extra $$$ on
shipping or getting a discount because of pre-payment terms might
cause you to end up loosing more than you had bargained for.
