Only from the perspective of the astrologer, not from the perspective of the astronomer.
As an astronomer, I have curiosity for astrology, and I've seen some interesting data in that field. Still, Astronomy has nothing to do with myth or legend, lore or personality charts. This is not
what we do.
There's a reason you piss so many astronomers off, and it's not because we don't understand the connection between astronomy and astrology. You need the info we work so hard for to do your astrology.
We don't need astrology to accomplish our goals or to finish our work, or to monitor the changes of X-ray sources or asteroids cruising around.
Now to find a great mate, one might look for advice in astrology, but that's something else.
Good day.

Snickers, Chuckles & LOL! The confederates tried
that same old "you need us but we don't need you"
tripe on Uncle Sam leading up the civil war, and
look where that got em: A nice comfortable plot.
Like it or not stars & stripes, stars & stripes.
And since you clearly work for me, and not the
other way around, then I suggest you keep your
nose to the grindstone, and keep my catalogues
up to date, or I hand you your walking papers!
Hope that helps ;)

No need - I quit. Like I won't be able to find another job? You aren't the only ones who
need us.

Well it will help more to realize that Uncle Sam
exists due to the incidental condition that
*neither* Astronomy nor Astrology *WORKS*.
So both parties should just keep paying their taxes
in accordance with *Greenwich Mean Time* rules
and we won't have to shut your co-religions down.
Astronomy walks hand-in-hand with General Science.
Astrology just walks dick-in-hand. Probably why so
many people like it so much.
