Heinemann, of July 29, 1984, was not only to the Amtsgericht Munchen
(County Court) but also to psych Kugler.
She further revealed to me that Prof. Hippius, the boss of the metal
health clinic of the Uni of Munich refused any "hypnosis regression"
for me. (Not that I ever wanted any, but Hippius was afraid that I
could accidentially discover under hypnosis of what German psychs and
doctors have done to me in earlier stages of my life. RB would have
never accepted not being present during the hypnosis regression. She
would have heard that, and that bothered Hippius and his psychs a
lot.)
Furthermore, I can't be hypnotized not being under narcosis. It
doesn't work with me. If a psych stares in my eyes and tries to force
his will on me, nothing happens, except that I would tell him that he
has a bad stare.
One of the psych that I saw had a glass eye. I wonder how this guy
hypnotizes. With his real eye, he did not confront me, but his glass
eye constantly stared at me. It was very irritating.
RB wrote that also a psych with name Jungkunz was "responsible" for me
in that institution. This guy never introduced himself to me but had
the guts to declare conspiratively with the other psychs that I would
suffer from a "psychosis". (That was RB's favorable mental illness.
They did not know what they should say I am suffering from, but they
had to come up with something, anything at all. They had a discussion
about it and RB, the amateur, prevailed. She said they did not agree
with her first, but then she talked them into it.) Folks, I am telling
you what those psychs suffer from: Accute unprofessionalism, stupidity
and corruption. - RB described psych Jungkunz as "young idiot" and
"icecold".
RB mailed me a copy of the judgment "Urteil" of the Amtsgericht
Munich, Geschaeftsnumber 462 Cs 115 Js 3953/83. That was a penal case,
filed by Klaus Karbe, an ex-German governmental official, who claimed
I "attempted to blackmail" him by telling him to not hold an
international event promoting the dangerous deprogramming in Germany.
As I posted before, judge Doukoff dismissed that case after a hearing
on January 1, 1996, in which I defended myself as my own attorney. - I
had done absolutely nothing wrong. I did not blackmail or attempt to
blackmail that criminal Karbe. He called me, bothered me at the phone
and set up that phoney case, in which I was right, and his actions
absolutely criminal. I became even a victim myself of the painful and
inhuman procedure called deprogramming in Germany a few years after
Karbe introduced Deprogramming on that international event in Germany,
with blessing of the so very corrupt still existing Nazi German
government.
I saw now also the first time in RB's documents the original penal
complaint by Klaus Karbe. The German government never had provided me
with a copy. The complaint listed following witnesses to my alleged
"attempted blackmail": Klaus Karbe, Baerbel Gudelius, Ursula Roesgen,
Prof. Klaus Haring, Ruediger Hauth and Dr. Y. Dutchewske Kothes. All
those people were criminal conspirators against me, favor the criminal
deprogramming (kidnapping and stripping people from the religious
beliefs they choose on their own, to brainwash them to give up the
belief.) It is actually much more depersonalization than
deprogramming, because I surely had never any program inside of me.
In the above mentioned court hearing, Karbe even admitted that I did
nothing harmful to him or his family, but that did not stop that
German gangster and the other above mentioned criminals to file a
wrongful penal complaint about me.
The hearing was also weird. No public, no press was allowed, and
absolutely no Scientologist could get in. RB made her way in of
course, and otherwise just three or four governmental officials were
sitting in the audience taking notes in hope I would say something
that would either destroy Scientology or myself, but no such thing
happened.
This penal complaint was used to kidnap me from Copenhagen under most
unconstitutional and brutal conditions, and only Baerbel Gudelius
showed up as Karbe's witness, saying that she did actually not hear
anything. All the other co-conspirators as listed in that penal
complaint did not appear before the court. And why not? Because they
were all lying.
RB informed me now that it was the very corrupt judge Bohn of the
Munich Amtsgericht, who supported criminal district attorney Juergen
Keltsch and ordered my kidnapping from Danmark on September 4, 1984.
He ordered me to be arrested for nothing! I was on the side of the law
by protesting against criminal deprogramming. Karbe, his
co-conspirators, Keltsch, others of the German government and the
psychs were on the side of criminality by fabricating complaints and
cases to capture. kidnap, arrest and deprogram me. They are such
rotten Nazi bastards! Everyone knew that I was innocent.
I was kidnapped and are arrested and the Germans did not even hand me
a copy of that penal complaint, no copy of the arrest warrant and they
over and over denied my right to an attorney. Are there really people
that truly believe that this Germany is not still the old Nazi
Germany?
RB maile me now a copy of the Haftbefehl, the "Arrest Warrant" and
this order contains of course outrageous lies about me that were
originated by fantatical Keltsch and judge Bohn (and not to forget
their case officers).
RB wrote a remark on that document: "Pig-dog Bohn himself belongs in
prison." I agree, but Keltsch belongs there to.
Haftbefehl has also number 662 Cs 115 Js 3953/83. W. Ehlers is named
as my attorney, but they never gave me a chance to talk to him or any
other attorney.
