As I have seen with my own eyes how harmful and dangerous psychatrists
and their institutions are, that treatments are used to intimidate,
harass, abuse, endanger, to make physically and mentally sick rather
than healing anything, and that they even kill in their hospitals. In
my case, it was documented that the psychs, Rosemarie Bretschneider
(RB), the Scientology attackers, and the German government wanted to
"deprogram" me from Scientology, despite everybody knew I was not
programmed. They wanted to make a Scientology and L. Ron Hubbard
attacker out of me, which of course failed.
I knew one thing in 1989 for sure: I had to get out of Germany, this
time much further than Danmark, and I better never return.
Guess who the person is that filed an official request to have me
institutionalized? No, this time it wasn't RB, it also wasn't any
Scientology attacker, it was no other than Wilhelm Bluemel, the
official and main attorney of Scientology in Germany! Isn't that
unbelieveable? He was and is paid amongst others by Scientology to
help people out of institutions not to get Scientologists in there.
I saw the grinning slimy photo of Wilhelm Bluemel in one of the recent
issues of the Scientology magazine "Impact". Acccording to IMPACT,
Bluemel was honored by some of Scienology International for
"outstanding work" for Scientology. Some "outstanding work" that was,
trying to get me institutionalized, so that I can't speak up anymore
that the orgs are infiltrated and that he, Bluemel, is a traitor.
(That is what I said, this is why he got so upset and thought it is
better if I am put away, hopefully forever.)
What is happening to Scientology? We Scientologists know how abusive
and dangerous Psychiatry is, but Bluemel was not fired for his
despicable action to work for psychs and to get me institutionalized,
he is honored and awarded!
Are we close to the day when the orgs pass out complimentary
psychiatric drugs as Ritalin, Prozac, Haldol or others when people buy
Scientology books or services? Will auditors soon be called psychs?
Will the e-meter be exchanged with the electroschock machine? Will
somebody forge L. Ron Hubbard's signature again and issue policy
letters in which he said that he recommened lobotomy?
Does anyone know why pharma company Lilly uses the SCN Sea Org slogan:
"Welcome back!" for their drugs?
I always had suspected Bluemel having been the one that wrote to the
psychs in 1989 to put me away. (And he is claiming to be a
Scientologist, isn't that so?) RB wrote me these days that the Munich
district attorneys Alt and Dehne informed her that it was Bluemel, and
she also either saw his official request, or she even received a copy
of it.
He wanted me institutionalized because I had the guts to claim that
Scientology orgs are secretly infiltrated by criminal
non-Scientologists put up by the German secret service, and that
Bluemel has no true intentions towards Scientology, and that he is a
criminal.
I claimed that after I noticed that he represented me as attorney
without having any power of attorney of mine. (He was using an old POW
from me for cases and matters on which I did not want to have him at
all.) And that people is criminal! An attorney can't represent people
against their will or without any authority.
Furthermore, after I had survived the kidnapping and the deprogramming
attempt by Cyrill Vosper, his men, and RB in Herrsching, Wilhelm
Bluemel asked me to commit crimes against RB. I told him that I would
not do so, because what he suggested was against the law. He said, it
would be only a misdemeanor. Needless to say, I did not want that man
to represent me, and if I would have been still the President of the
Church of Scientology Germany, I would have fired him for that alone.
I remember the day when I met Bluemel the first time. It was in the
early 80s, I was the President of the Munich org, and we needed better
attorneys that the shysters Ehlers and partners. Bluemel had worked
for the org on a few matters some years before, and we considered to
hire him as permanent attorney. Ginger Smith and Allan Hubbart from
SCN INT were with me.
During that meeting, Bluemel told us that he believes that 1 out of 40
Germans is run by the KGB, and that Scientology orgs are also
infiltrated by them. Ginger Smith told me after that meeting that she
thinks that Bluemel is crazy, and that his office would be sloppy.
(She didn't like him at all.) Allan Hubbart loughed about Bluemel,
saying that the only agent that ever tried to infiltrate the orgs was
a CIA agents, and he, Allan Hubbart was the one who personally kicked
him out. ("Thanks", Allen, for being so deliberately blind to agents
of the German secret service, because they really infiltrated the
orgs.)
But here you have it: Bluemel himself can make a statement on
infiltration without having to fear that he is put away by psychs, but
when I mention infiltration or Bluemels crimes, he files an official
action to the German giovernment for their psychs to institutionalize
me. That is called "free world, free Germany." Bluemel is such a
disgusting hypocrite. And he just claims to be a Scientologist. He is
none, not an inch of a Scientologist.
After RB had found out what Bluemel did, she filed her own action to
the same district attorneys, as co-plaintiff. She wrote, she objected
to Bluemel's request and did not want me to be institutionalized. She
informed me now that several judges were involved in that matter, and
that she declared attorney Bistritzki as biased, and that he should be
not assigned as my guardian in addition to having me
institutionalized. (This was apparently what snake Bluemel wanted.)
RB wrote to me that the STA first ignored her, but after she noticed
that, she walked with same copies to the Gerichtssekretaer of the STA
and demanded her copies to be stamped as filed. In respose to that,
she received a decree from the STA, that the Bundesstaatsanwalt can't
grant her "Nebenklage" and that her claims were all twisted around by
the STA. She wrote that the lies of STA can't be surpassed by anybody.
I did not sue or object at all to that case of Bluemel. I did the best
I could: I left Germany, and that is likely the only reason I still
have a head on my shoulders.
More to come in the next installment.
