Rosemarie Bretschneider (RB) revealed first time to me that Munich
hypnotizer Scharl and his wife did not run accidentially in our family
gathering at Munich Zoo Hellabrun in 1984 or 1985. She wrote that is
was a set up, that he should get my confidence so that I would agree
that he hypnotizes Scientology out of me.
Fact is: If you are being lied to you can feel that. Those that work
with the human mind, psychs, psychologists and also Heilpraktiker as
Scharl should know that. I found it odd that he showed up in the zoo,
I suspected that him being there was no co-incident. I found that he
looked like a creepy hypnotizer, and he did not win my trust. I choose
my religious belief with my analytical mind. I don't need and don't
appreciate mind control and hypnosis to give my religion up.
RB claimed that I was audited in the orgs to hate Scharl.
Fact is: I wasn't audited by anybody after I was kicked out of SCN in
1984 in L.A. Nobody audited me or told me to hate Scharl. He is a
creepy conspirative guy, that is why I did not like him.
RB informed me that Reginald Alev arranged for her to meet psych
Nagler in Detroit. Purpose of this meeting was to get Nagler to write
her a favorite psychiatric examination, that she is not put in prison
or in an institution for having hired kidnapper Cyril Vosper and two
other guys to kidnap and deprogam me in Hersching in 1987.
Hey, thanks, Alev and Nagler, for the pain and dangers that I had to
suffer because creepy obsessed RB could continue to breath down my
neck, because you were claiming that there is nothing wrong with her.
RB wrote that she did not know the name of Marty (Mark) Rathbun before
December 1987, but Pricilla Coates told her and my sister in 1988 who
Marty Rathbun is.
Marty, I am so sorry. I feel that they framed you behind my back.
Again, you did never anything bad or harmful to me, I never ever have
claimed otherwise. Your only "crime" is that I love you. That is why
RB hates you.
RB also mentioned in her letters that she don't trust Pricilla Coates
anymore. When RB showed up at Pricilla's place out of the blue (around
1990), Coates was so in panic, that even RB got the sensation that
something very fishy is going on, and that Pricilla is hiding things
from her.
After the deprogramming attempt by Cyril Vosper and his partners in
cime in Herrsching, Germany, in 1987, I fled to the USA, the East
Coast. I was already kicked out by SCN in 1984, but that I was not
more on staff was not enough for the Scientology attackers. The
deprogramming was an attempt to get my mind empty. It made no sense at
all, except that I should not have my own thoughts about religion and
should adopt those that use force to change ideas.
I did not live in any scientological environment in 1987 at the East
Coast, because the criminal Scientology infiltrators made clear to me
in all kinds of orgs, that I am not welcome in Scientology.
Despite that RB had kidnap and deprogram charges pending against her,
she lobbied German district attorneys to get Interpol after me to
bring me back to her. She wrote that district attorney Muetzel from
STA Munich I, and Jarusch, a police officer (Kripo), told her that
they don't see me as a person in danger, and they would not put my
name in the Interpol computer. She wrote that Jarusch was lying all
the time to her, but she did not say about what. I will ask her. She
said that Jarusch did not want to get Interpol after me, but somebody
of the German government did.
However, fact is, somebody of the German authorities put my name as
"missing person" in the Interpol Computer. Interpol Wiesbaden and
Interpol Washington D.C were involved in that. I received the
information from Interpol in D.C. after I had filed a Freedom of
Information Act/Privacy Act request to them. All of RB's crazy lines,
that I am lost, that I would have lost my directions, are word for
word in those Interpol documents on me. ( I wasn't lost at all. I was
on the run of more kidnappers and a corrupt German government that did
not protect my rights, rather denied them.) Those papers say that
Interpol,(despite knowing that RB was under criminal charges having
kidnapped and attempted to deprogram me with help of other criminals,
Cyrill Vosper and company), tried to hunt me down through Interpol to
return me to Germany, apparently in the insane arms of RB and to the
insane, fantatical and criminal German anti-Scientology government.
RB called in 1988 the German embassies in Los Angeles, Washington D.C.
and New York to help me get her back. They apparently were helpful to
her without finding her obession with me odd. It were however not the
embassies that made Interpol come after me. That decision was made in
Wiesbaden. I know that from the documents that were sent to me by
Interpol D.C.
RB wrote that Haack (!) knew that I was in D.C. in 1988 and that he
knew that from Munich district attorney Bear (STA Munchen II) and from
law office Rothemunds and Koenig, attorney Fischer Rhon or Rohn.
Fact is: I never heard of this law firm in all of my life. Who are
they and what do they have to do with me?
RB wrote that attorney Fischer Rhon or Rohn was fired by her after she
found out that he copied without her authorities all documents that
she provided on me to Haack. She also thinks that Haack had me under
surveillance.
RB wrote that she filed a complaint against this law firm and Fischer
Rhon or Rohn to the Munich Anwaltskanzlei (Munich bar), but that the
complaint was dismissed. She blames Bavarian Senator Burnhauser, the
chairman, on the wrongful dismissal.
Marty, I hope those Munich attorneys did not frame you, but I don't
rule it out. I never gave them any authority. None of them ever met
me. None of them ever talked to me. I did not even knew in what matter
RB contacted them, or who recommended or referred them to her. They
never had any POW from me. I did not even know that they existed until
now. I still don't know in what case they represented RB, but I will
ask her.
RB wrote that something terrible happened to me on March 25, 1988 in
the USA.
I have no idea what that could be. I remember that day as one as any
other: Being persecuted by lots of fanatical anti-Scientologists,
Interpol and the still existing German Nazi secret service. In other
words: An usual day in my life.
RB wrote to me that Scientology attorney Wilhelm Bluemel wrote to her
(apparently in 1988) with a power of attorney on which my signature
was forged. She wrote she would not know why he wrote to her and what
he wanted.
Fact is: Neither do I. I did not give him a power of attorney.
However, I have not seen the letter that he wrote to RB, neither did I
see the power of attorney.
Read in installment 65 some more information about Bluemel, and this
will really shock you if you are a Scientologist.
