I really would like to know from the SU and the Watchdog Committee of
Scientology today, why I was kicked out, but Katherine Twietmeyer, the
President of the Michigan Org is allowed to remain on post?
A few days ago, I received a large envelope from the Office of the
Attorney General Michigan, Jennifer Mulhern Granholm with 19 documents
on Scientology. The docs were generated by different Michigan State
agencies under the headline "Action against Church of Scientology to
collect unpaid taxes." They informed me that the documents they have
on Scientology is that SCN failed to pay their taxes.
In more details: Case 99-66584 GC is about state of Michigan, the
Revenue Division wanted to collect past due amounts of almost 8000 $
in sales and income taxes from the Michigan org. It's president,
Katherine Twietmeyer failed to appeal the assessments. According to
the documents, Twietmeyer was served on December 7, 1999 by the
process server, but she failed to respond to the complaint by the
Attorney General of Michigan, representing the Revenue Division, which
resulted in a default entry by the Judicial Circuit Court against
Scientology on February 8, 2000.
I did not get all documents that the Attorney General of Michigan has
on that matter, but I appealed this determination. They admitted
having more internal records to this action, but determined that it is
better to conceal those. However, it appears as if this case was
dismissed on May 1, 2000, but not because Twietmeyer informed the
Michigan state agencies that Scientology was declared non-profit by
the IRS, but for some other mysterical reason. The last documents that
would reveal more information as to why the case was dismissed was
mailed to me doctored, somebody sticked a post it note over the text
and I could not read all the details, but just that it was dismissed
and apparently not by anything Twietmeyer filed, she did not file
anything according to the documents that I received, she just let
everything slip.
Scientology did not lose the 8000 $, but won another bad PR-situation
with the agencies. Twietmeyer gave a damn what could have happen on
the legal or financial front and irresponsibly and deliberately
ignored legal served documents. In other words: She should be
thoroughly checked of being one of the criminal Scientology
infiltrators that enter Scientology to commit crimes and to destroy if
from the inside out. I am certain that this matter is not the only
corrupt activity one may find from this infiltrator woman. FOIA/PA
requests are just one tool to find out what socalled Scientology
Presidents are up to that is harmful for Scientology. I have not filed
many FOIA/PA requests on Scientology directly, more on L.Ron Hubbard,
but if I or anybody else would, I am certain not only crimes from
state and federal employees would be revealed, but also those of
Scientology infiltrators.
Marty, I am now going back to Narconon in May 1984. I did not hurry
back to Munich, because Rosemarie Bretschneider (RB) and Ulrike made
the impression on the phone that they were completely hysterical and
enturbulated, but I started to prepare myself for encounter with both.
Same time I tried to figure out what my future in Scientology would be
and if I ever would see you again.
I did not move with Juergen in one room and told him again that I want
a divorce. I rather searched some solitude and made a bike trour on my
own, but I also spent one afternoon with some of the Narconon staff on
a see. One of the guys made a pass at me in a cablecar, where I would
not get out, and on a mountain which I could not leave without getting
again in the cablecar with him. He knew I was still married to Juergen
in the office next to him, but did not care. I surely felt sexually
harassed, because I would not leave that guy for hours, except jumping
from the cablecar or from the mountain.
It was hard to say, who the public and who the Narconon staffmembers
were. They seemed to be all staff, former drug addicts, but nobody was
on withdrawal. I noticed that they had my PC folders at Narconon and I
concluded that Scientology infiltrators tried to declare me to a drug
case, despite I never took any. I heard later that my PC files had
disappeared. If this is correct, Naconon infiltrators must have stolen
them and perhaps delivered them to psychiatrists, the Geman government
or the still existing German Nazi secret service that follows me
around. A fact however is that the German psychs were in possession of
at least one note that I wrote to a Naconon staff while in Narconon,
but they could not use it against me. But once more, it's still a
psychatric world, were Scientology infiltrators work for psychs.
I had only two PC files, and there was not much in it, except that I
am a pastlife clear. I am also a pastlife OT, just as you, Marty,
because Ron developed the route to OT long before the Scientology
infiltrators claimed that he had. Ron has audited me, I had no
intention to receive "auditing" from ex-drug addicts and Scientology
infiltrators. I felt insulted that somebody had delivered my PC files
to Narconon.
Somebody stole a part of my Sea org uniform out of my closet in
Narconon, and in Munich RB stole the rest of the uniform. She also
snitched all my SCN books, Ron's pictures, everything that might
remind me of Scientology, to "burn" the religion our of my mind.
I was only a few days at Narconon, short before I could leave it
peacefully
on my own, Horst Niesel, the Narconon in Charge, and an ex-drug
addict, kicked me out. He said, that I would spy on him and would have
snooped through his desk. I did not examine his desk, but I watched
him sometimes and found him to be unfit to run Narconon, actually, he
wasn't running anything. They had no public! Everybody who was there
was rehabilitated a long time ago or/and a criminal Scientology
infiltrator.
He was afraid I could see papers on his desk because he had a bad
conscience and crimes to cover up, as all the Scientology infiltrators
have.
I left Narconon for Munich, however, years later a German police
captain (pretty high up in his rank) ordered me to come to his office
to discuss a penal complaint with me that Oliver Halstrick had filed
against (!) Narconon. I remembered Halstrick working for Narconon. In
his penal complaint he accused Nacronon of having abused me. The
complaint was fabricated and the fact that Niesel had booted me out
and denied to me access to my religion Scientology in co-operation
with other SCN infiltrators were of course not mentioned.
I told the police captain that the charges by Halstrick were wrong and
that he shall dismiss the case, but he did not want to, he first
wanted to verify that with Halstrick, who had disappeared. This once
again is Germany: It's not enough if the alleged victim says the
charges are false. The police just loved to steal my time, to harass
me to come to the police station and the captain indicated that this
would go on till they got hold of Halstrick. The captain of course
knew that Halstrick had disappeared because he had fabricated the
complaint. But why dismissing a penal complaint based on lies, if
Barbara Schwarz can be bothered to the police station with it?

but her convicted spy cousin was with her.
