Gauweiler blackmailing and threatening me, but lawless as they were,
they did not.
I did not(!) order to stop dissemination of Scientology through
bodyrouters ouside of the Munich org, because unlike Gauweiler, I knew
the German constitution and religious rights. (The German constitution
however is just an alibi for Germany to let others think that Nazi
Germany is gone, while in fact no constitutional rights are being
granted to those that are still German Nazi targets, as
Scientologists. In other words: The German constitution is a joke.)
However, it was a creepy feeling in the Munich org around that time. I
did not announce the threat and blackmail to any Scientologists beyond
the external affairs unit, to not make them afraid, but I had to count
with that Nazi Gauweiler would walk in the org with hundred policemen
threwing us all in jail for having done nothing else than executed
peacefully our constitutional right of disseminating our religion.
I told Wunderlich and Deinlein to work out a fast and effective
solution to the problem, but nothing was fast and effective with those
attorneys. We paid them, but they apparently rather took the orders
from the still existing German Nazi secret service.
Moreover, as the German federal and state governments are unified
unreligious and Anti-American, fanatical Gauweiler wasn't my own
problem. There was no German org or mission that was not persecuted by
the still existing German Nazi government. I received reports and
phonecalls from other German orgs executives and from the
Missionholders, informing me on coordinated legal and other attacks by
the German government, with the purpose to close them down. It often
had a feeling like Kristallnacht all over.
In an earlier posting of mine I already mentioned the daily
harassment, the hate mail, objects being threwn though the closed
windowns, bomb threats, hate graffiti on the walls in the neighborhood
and Scientologists being outrageously discriminated against on all
levels of the German society, and I surely don't forget the day I was
threatened with a gun by a Anti-Scientology fanatical outside of the
Munich org.
The problems did not stop there. I noticed also a sort of coordinated
mutiny within some of my own staffmembers in my own division, mainly
visible in non-production. I could and would have handled that
problem, but I did not come around to do it, because the unthinkable
and the definitive proof that the Munich org was infiltrated by
criminal Non-Scientologists was presented to me next:
It was in the Munich org, in January 1984 when I was asked to come
urgently downstairs. I thought it was another emergency ccreated by
the German government or Scientology attackers, but this time it was
the enemy within.
I walked in a room with "auditor" Harald Sylvester, "Ethics Officer"
Helga Sanders/Egloff and "CO" Barbara (Babsi) Weber and they tried
with broad 1.1. smiles on their faces to gang-bang sec check me, the
President of the org! It was outrageous, because they were all legally
my juniors and had no authority or reason to sec check me. All three
were extremly non-scientological. I asked them if they have lost their
minds and tried to go back in my office to alarm FOLO EU about those
three overstepping their function and authority, but they ganged up on
me and kicked me physically out of the org.
Babsi Weber planted herself in the org entrance and showed me with the
finger to leave and she also told me so. The only way to get back in
would have been to get in a cat fight with that woman and her
co-conspirators, which would have likely ended up in the press and L.
Ron Hubbard and true and law abiding Scientologists would have been
blamed on this and not the criminal infiltrators and
non-Scientologists.
Marty, I don't have to explain that to you, but for others that should
not know: Babsi Weber had sneaked on the position of "Commanding
Officer" of the Munich org and I was the President of same org. Under
normal circumstances, the CO and the President should work closely
together and coordinate their activities, and it would work, but it
doesn't work if one of them is no Scientologist but a criminal
infiltrator, as Babsi was and is, with the order to destroy and
corrupt. Compared with the U.S. government is would be as if the
Secretary of Interior would kick the President of the United States
out of the Oval Office without going through Congress.
Babsi Weber was present when I was elected President by the board of
the German Scientology Org. She asked me after the board meeting for a
copy of the statutes and the board minutes and I gave her a copy same
day. If somebody knew that I was officially elected President of that
org, if anybody knew that the only way to remove me was through an
official board meeting, then it was Babsi Weber. But she could not
call for a board meeting, because she knew I had done nothing wrong,
so she had to bypass the board. She and her co-conspirators were
violators of L. Ron Hubbard's policies and also numerous laws. She
acted as corporate laws would not exist. She and her co-conspirators
were completely lawless, but as the entire German government is
completely lawless, to who can you turn in such a situation? (The law
violators were sent in my the German still existing Nazi secret
service in the fist place for criminal activities just as such.)
I called the Special Unit in Los Angeles and Ginger Smith was on the
line. I told her what has happened and she was flabbergasted. She told
me to come to Los Angeles to sort things out, which I did. (And after
all, Marty, you also were in L.A., how could I have not wanted to fly
to California.)
(As a footnote: Babsi Weber asked me approximately one year after she
had kicked me illegally out of the org to come back on staff to work
under her. It is just unbelieveable, isn't it? As true and capable
Scientologist and Ron's daugther I am not allowed to be the President
of this org, but I would be permitted to work under a criminal
non-Scientolgist, as Babsi Weber. Of course I declined!)
However, I also want to make clear that Reiner Weber was not part of
this. He wasn't around, he perhaps wasn't even in the org that day
when Babsi threw me out. I know him long and good enough that he is a
Scientologist and would have neither violated corporate or other laws,
nor would he have kicked me out at all. I am certain that if he would
have seen them ganging up on me, he would have stopped the activity
right in it's tracks. He was the one that signed me up for staff in
the Munich org in the first place. I bet that Babsi Weber never told
him of ther crimes and law violations.
