NOTE: it's interesting to compare this portrait in stars
with that of Carl Sagan (Brooklyn 9-Nov-1934 5:05pm), as
both have Mercury ruling in the sixth house of horoscope,
both have Venus ruling seventh & both have Saturn ruling
tenth; both have Jupiter fallen sixth, both have Fortune
second; both share mutual attraction via radial velocity
out to Jupiter i.e. Velikovsky's Sun & Moon are receding
whilst Sagan's Sun & Moon are closing, Sagan's Mercury &
Venus are receding whilst Velikovsky's M & V are closing,
Velikovsky's Mars & Jupiter are receding whereas Sagan's
are closing; by contrast Saturn, Uranus, Neptune & Pluto
are in radial repulsion--both have Uranus receding, both
have Neptune and Pluto (head of the dragon also) closing.
Recall Sagan's souljourn was Uranus, & Velikovsky's Mars.
Sagan's soul regathered at Mars upon death; Velikovsky...
The nearer planets are the more effective i.e. Sagan has
