He has spent many hours trying to invent fake logs and lies about me
instead of fighting against child porn. He says I have not revealed our
names of federal sources. If he really talked to the feds which the feds
deny he has, and have mentioned they not receive one ounce of
cooperation from the Undernet. He could first mention his contacts. I
asked Mandar to name his first, but he can not do it. He shouldn't if he
really contacted them. He is also a foriegn National and not a US
citizen, so he can not be used by the FBI for anything. The proper group
he should be talking to is NSA. Mandar clearly support child porn
trading on IRC. But instead of helping the feds, he is on a goose-chase.
Mandar, Dalnet seems to want to fight child porn, Undernet at best is
trying to ignore it and attack people who are trying to expose child
porn trading on its network. Maybe Mandar should stop wasting our
taxpayers money at U of Ok at NOrman on T-3 servers and help his own
country come into the 20th century instead of profiting off this
country. Just think how many more children could go to college on
scholarships if U of OK got rid of its IRC backbones? probably 10 or 20
a year. Clearly U of Oklahoma is keeping down poor people from coming to
college by wasting money supporting a network that clearly supports
child-porn advertising.
maybe one good thing, since all the child porn traders are welcome on
undernet, it makes catching them easier. I hope the feds wake up and
shut down undernet. If getting rid of child porn means getting rid of
the Undernet, so be it.

1: How exactly do you know he has spent hours inventing fake logs and

2: How exactly is Mandar going to fight child porn on UnderNet?

If you're going to attack someone, at least use proper grammar, and try
to use facts instead of simply accusing someone.
The above is truly silly to be even discussing.

The FBI can use him for anything they want, as long as he cooperates.
Regardless of his status as a US citizen or citizenship of any other
country. As long as it deals with internal problems/issues/the US in
general, the FBI gets involved, regardless of nationality of
participants.

If UnderNet attempted to monitor channels and servers for child-porn:
1: They would be unable to operate at all, causing lag and problems
UnderNet wide.
2: They would immediately be boycotted by (my opinion) at least 50% of
their users.
3: They would go against all the principles of free speech in this
country, regardless of the "child-porn" activities.
4: I'm sure there are more problems I can't think of at this time.

No comment on this, I have no idea if Mandar is personally responsible
for the servers at U of Ok at Norman...

Do you really believe that by bringing down the UnderNet(I'm still
trying to figure how that's possible without bringing down a large
portion of the InterNet as well) you will cease all child-porn
activities? Well, I think I'll have to give you a few thousand dollars,
so maybe you might be able to buy a clue.

Getting rid of child porn means getting rid of everyone who even
thinks about that. Of course, that would be thought policing, but those
who are clean have nothing to worry about, and those who object obviously
have something to hide. Right?
Are you really stupid enough to think that one IRC network, or
even all of the IRC networks out there are going to make a damn bit of
difference? Yes, child porn may get traded there. But guess what? Those
who make money out of it don't get a single penny out of the pictures that
get traded on IRC nets. Quite the contrary. The money is outside, in the
real world, most likely a helluva lot closer than you like to think. The
problem is, you don't have the brains or the guts to go after those who
really do abuse children for profit, so instead you have to settle for
being an asshole to those who don't make one bit of difference, and the
end result is that those same kids still get abused - you just might not
be able to see the results on an IRC net. But, hey, out of sight, out of
mind, right? You don't have to see it so that'll make it all right.
Not that you're likely to understand this, or admit it if you do.

Hasn't happened on DALnet.

Time to put on my hip-boots or find high ground on that one. I estimate
that the new policy has caused DALnet to lose at least 1500 to 3000
users on the average.

No but just like if you bought the Lincoln Tunnel, you'd have no right to
stop cars traviling thru it at random to search their trunk for
contraband, even if you suspected they had some! That job belongs to law
enforcement agencies, not you. If you own a Walmart, your security guards
can ASK to search a patron's pockets, but if the patron tells you to go
to hell, then even if you SAW and video-taped them shoplifting, you
STILL have to get the police to search them for you. You as a private
citizen have no right to take the law into your own hands. If you do then
you become the criminal because taking the law into your own hands is
illegal!
Give it up "Revwhite".
Do you think people don't see through your facade already? You have
been exposed by multiple people (not to mention Wired magazine) on this
newsgroup for what you are.
You have been banned from the Undernet for running clones and abusing
resources while attacking people/channels that offended your morality
(like the gay channels), and you now hide behind the guise of combating
child porn as an excuse to attack the Undernet.
You openly call blacks "niggers" and post derogatory posts to
alt.politics.white-power. Your buddy Don Ellis and yourself have been
involved in forged mail and posts, and very easily exposed. You have
had your previous accounts shut down due to failure to follow AUP's,
and now you dub providers of free services such as Geocities "child
molester supporters". You think you're really fooling anyone?
You "claim" to have contacted the FBI about myself but refuse to mention
whom you talked to. Your complete cluelessness is apparent when you
refer to the NSA. You claim to have sent in evidence to the FBI, but you
don't even know that they already have a program in place and is called
"Innocent Images". And if you _have_ really contacted them, I'd like you
to tell us where the HQ for that project is.
Another open challenge for you. Here's the co-ordinator for the Undernet
volunteer law enforcement agents organization.
Travis Haymore.
Email: thay...@highfiber.com
He's works with law enforcement in New Mexico, and with the US Marshals,
and is co-ordinating our efforts with not just federal agencies, but also
U.S. customs, and law enforcement agencies around the world (we already
have members from RCMP, UK, Italy). Of course, you're going to disparage
this with your usual "lies lies lies" tirade. I openly challenge you to
contact him. No, don't pull your "Ohh Wired never contacted me..they're
lying" shenanigan either.
You never showed up for a meeting proposed by a third party on this
newsgroup to discuss this. You never responded when Angel forwarded you
evidence of child porn on the net - she contacted the police herself.
And you're spineless enough to hide behind an alias and haven't even
revealed your name. Anyone who doesn't agree with your methods instantly
becomes a "child molester supporter".
And oh, cc'ing multiple unrelated people about this, is SPAM. The gte.net
folks have been contacted. I advise others reading this post to do the
same.

So you now monitor the content of traffic that passes through your
servers?
To be perfectly clear, Undernet does not do this due to legal liability
issues amongst other issues covered in the legal issues FAQ -
http://www.wildstar.net/~mandar/legal-faq.html.
If DALnet chooses to be a corporate entity and follow in AOL's footsteps
re: the chatrooms, you're of course perfectly welcome to do so, AND be
ready to be hit by lawsuits.
We have opted to work with law enforcement agencies around the world and
going after the real perpetrators of such crimes.
