Bizarre Love Triangle-Video by New Order

Can someone tell me what the excerpt in the middle of
New Order's Bizarre Love Triangle is all about?

One second the song is playing and then it cuts to
a black and white scene where some woman says something
like "I refuse to believe in re-incarnation because I
refuse to come back as a bug or a ..."

and then a guy says " You're a really up person!"
and then on with the song.

Was this filmed especially or is it from some film?

And I believe it was made for the video...Though I haven't a clue why...

But after the two lines of dialogue, the camera zooms in on the *other*
women was was standing in the background. QED! Probably.
