Khalsa passed through numerous difficult times and always
emerged victorious. Starting in 1708, Khalsa in its infancy
was sieged at Anandpur sahib when Mughals tried to uproot
the newly created order. Youngest sons Sahibzada Fateh
Singh and Zorawar Singh of Guru Gobind Singh were martyred
by the Mughal Governor of Sarhind as well as his two elder
sons, Sahibzada Ajit Singh and Sahibzada Jujhar Singh
attained martyrdom fighting with Mughal army. Mata Gujari
ji, mother of Guru Gobind Singh also died in the prison of
Mughal governor, Wazir Khan. But, Khalsa survived and
bounced back under Banda Singh Bahadur. In its short
history of 300 years, Khalsa has not only
gained recognition world wide but has become synanomous
with valour and work ethic. When 50% of the Khalsa
population was killed by Abdali, after evening prayers one
Sikh stood up in the Sangat and said "Do not worry Khalsa
ji, all the weak have been eliminated, now only the real
Strong Khalsa are left." Thus explaining the whole essence

An acknowledgement: Much of the historical and legal
content of this series of articles has been drawn, with
unabashed gratitude, from a seminal book by Justice (Dr) A
S Anand, the present Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of
India.

That fascinating book, The Constitution of Jammu and
Kashmir -- Its
Development & Comments, was based on the author's thesis
which earned him, in 1963, the University of London's Ph D
in the field of the constitutional laws of the
Commonwealth. It was first published in September 1980 and
two later editions followed.

Why Nuclear Deterrence? Because Strength Respects
Strength.

India is a unique civilization. India is one of the most
peaceful and
sensible countries founded on the principles of non-
violence (ahimsa).
History shows we have never forced our religion or ideology
onto others or to have gone to war with our neighbors
nuless provoked first. India has lived through nightmare
for over 700 years under the shaddow of Islam and then a
further 200 years under the imperialism of Britain. We
know the price we have paid for our slavery - it was a
total rape of our ancient culture and
the very soul of Mother India. Islam destroyed over 30000
temples in India of which the original temple at Babri
Masjid Site in Ayodhya is one. The other famous temples of
Lord Jaggannath at Varanasi, Krishna Janmabhumi Temple at
Mathura. Raja Bhoj shal Temple and many others.
Countless millions of her people were mass slaughtered by
the moghuls (from Babar thru Aurang Zeb and the other
muslim rulers and invaders) when they shunned to embrace
Islam. Islam destroyed
great works of arts, sculptures, knowledge and science, it
burnt down great libraries and learning institutions at
many places. It sought after talented people,
warriors/prisoners of wars, priests, master craftsmen and
ironsmiths and systematically slaughtered them to destroy
the very fabric of society and civilization. They ensured
that our weapon making or thing making skills were put at a
dead halt to prevent future revolts and mutinities.
Craftsmen were killed after building monuments for the
moghuls. Islam managed to spread in India through fear of
the sword. We know that our womenfolk were
raped and kidnapped and often ended up in harems or
enslaved as prostitutes in desert lands. We know why
Rajput Kshatriya women of royal/warrior clan lineage
committed JAUHAR a type of SUTTEE to protect their honor
and dignity (chose to die by jumping in oil filled wells
which were lit with fires rather than accept dishonor at
the hands of the invading arabs, iranians and afghans).
Islam therefore managed to instill so much hatred that
people of
Indian origin who share the same ancestors are now divided
by this hatred filled religion. In matters of National
Interest, instead of being Indians First, they are putting
their Faith first. India cannot afford to be a slave again
under Islam or any nations still harboring imperalistic
dreams. The British too, destroyed our thing making skills
to keep India out of Industrial Revolution. Since
Independence, India has made remarkable progress and become
a modern and an industrial nation.

Today India and her ancient civilization is under attack
again, but this time it is from a satanic alliance forged
between islamic jijad and communism, both of which have
global ambitions of extending their spheres of influence
and wanting to extend the boundaries for their ever
expanding populations and to establish a new empires. As
far as India is concerned, Chinese communism is worse than
Russian communism. We want to keep religion out of
politics and off the streets and off the workplaces. We
want to keep
religion within homes and worship places only. We know
too well what
communal riots are. India is therefore forced without a
choice to have and develop a nuclear deterrence to push
back this combined threat from these two evil forces and to
protect her own national interests. If India as a front-
line nation is unsuccessful against these evil forces, they
will march on victoriously only to become unchallenged
future threat to the Western civilization and other smaller
democracies.

What Is The Kashmir Conflict All About??

Pakistan wants to justify its own existence today - that a
Muslim majority province cannot exist within a secular
democracy, it must have a separate Islamic theocracy. This
is why Pakistan wants to claim Kashmir.

The conflict in Kashmir is actually about a battle between
islamic jihad and a secular democracy. This conflict is
about freedom of religion and has nothing to do about
Hindu vs. Muslim religion. Make no mistake, Pakistan is
not for liberating Kashmir, but she wants to engulf Kashmir
in order to extends its borders.

Do note, that Pakistan was created on the bases that
muslims in India
couldnot live as minority in a Hindu majority country by
the mischievious Britain for furthering her divide and rule
imperialistic motives. Even after independence from
Briatain, many many millions of Muslims still stayed over
in India.

In all of Pakistan's four battles with India she has always
had a bad memory that fails her to recall that India is
still the chosen home for over 130 million Indian muslims.
Today, India has almost the same number of muslims as
Pakistan, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia or Indonesia.

Our fight with the islamic expansion will last as long as
India lives,
because we do not want our beloved India to become a
Lebanon, or an Iran oran Iraq or an Afghanistan. The
world needs to be reminded here about the first holocaust
in the history of the world was the Hindu Holocaust which
lasted over a 1000 years since islam made its evil
presence in India. Over 60~90million hindus were killed
during the islamic invasions and moghul rule in India.
For this reason we don't want anything to do with the
fanatical evil side of Islam. We as India's Children have
sworn and will see to it that the Taliban including the
terrorist Prophet of Islam : Osama will be made march back
with their rolebrand of Islam towards Tehran in Iran and
Mecca in Saudi Arabia.

Muslims as ethnic minorities in a secular India are
enjoying better rights including human rights than most
muslim countries can offer them. Can the West name one
muslim country or for that matter, one modern muslim
country which gives equal rights to her non-muslim ethnic
minorities?

All Indians have demanded from Indian Muslims is that they
be loyal to the mother country which protects, sustains,
shelters, employs, nurses, educates and feeds them so they
too can live for their Indian Dream which without a doubt
is on an equal par with many immigrants in America going
for their American Dream.

Muslims even though they are a minority in India have
managed to become Presidents (highest office) in India in
under 50 years since independence. May we ask Americans to
see if they can answer honestly, what are the real chances
for a Black Man to become a Future President of America???

We in India have tried our level best to rid the holds of
the evil caste system. Today caste system is a thing of
the past. In contrast, there is still rampant and hidden
discrimination against the Black Man depending where one is
in America.

We are seeking friendship with America. All we are asking
the West is to be more aware and understand India in this
contrast. Even though India today is a country with a
population close to 1 billion people, it is a land of green
revolution. It is no longer a begging bowl. India today
is an exporter of food crops and all this progress in the
last 50 years since Independence.

Pakistan too can progress by adapting peace, instead it
wastes billions in engaging in meaningless terrorist
activities and wars against India. Kashmir never had any
problems until Pakistan started sticking its terrorist nose
in Kashmir. Let us ask if the Azad Kashmir under Pakistan
occupied control has had a chance to progress and be equal
to what Kashmir on the Indian side was before terrorist
activities began.

Let us not be hypocritical about human rights because In
recent times (within last 25 years) , both, Pakistan and
Bangladesh as muslim majority countries have ethnically
cleansed their Hindu and Buddhist minorities. China too
has managed to successfully take over an Independent Tibet
all within the last 50 years.

Hinduism tells us that the "Self" which dwells in each and
every being in this universe is one and the same with
Godhead. Every soul in this uinverse is a reflection of
this Supreme Self. Thus every individual has the potential
to realize Godhead by the realization of this "Self".
Realization of the "Self" is possible only when someone is
free to think on his/her own and act accordingly.

The Self is the sun shining in the sky, The wind blowing in
space; he is the fire At the altar and in the home the
guest; He dwells in human beings, in gods, in truth, And in
the vast firmament; he is the fish Born in water, the plant
growing in earth, The river flowing down the mountain. For
this Self is supreme!
