IRC COP abuse #2 - An other TAKE OVER on #SEXE !!!

hi, all undernet users!
last week I had to face the fact that IRC Cop on Undernet are not all
following the basic rules of IRC ethics.
After many discussions and votes with people in #sexe, I got the OP
again, and things
where running fine these last days.
This morning, I realized that there were again _no_ OP on #sexe and
requested some
IRC Cop help on #wasteland.
_crAsh_ came in the channel, silently, stayed a couple of minutes. The
channel was
quiet like the desert. There were like 5 users there, me, my bot
(amandab), users
who forgotten to disconnect and a SEXE-Bot !!!!!
_crAsh_ opped this bloody bot. The bot kicked+banned me and my bot. Nice

over my dear Cop.... are you happy? who do you work for? Anarchists

I'm not going to use the academic way to have my rights respected a long
time...
I have requested the "W" gardian for #sexe channel 5 or 6 weeks ago... I
know people have
been waiting more than 2 months. So #sexe is a _public_ channel and _OP_
should be given
after a vote. Why didn't _crAsh_ ask for a vote? why did this fuc**ng
boot kicked me???
What do Cops look for?????? real fight???? real problems????? I know a
lot of people
are complaining like me.
What is the _USE_ of Undernet, with TimeStamp and #cservice, if power
and judgement
are still in Cop's hands?
In real life, this is called CORRUPTION! Unfortunalely there are no Cops
for Cops,
like FBI in USA.
So what happens when law is not respected by the people who did it?
terrorism, revolution... is this what we look for?
Please, respect the rules, respect the ethics, because that's the only
way IRC will still work!
and remember that people are working to make the ethics respected over
the network.
They are called IRC COP, OP, and users.
They are not called SEXE-Bot from space!!!!
When you _OP_ someone who should not be, you just let confusion and hate
spread over
the network. I'm furious and waiting for some explainations!

And the lack of channel operatorship was inhibiting your ability to chat
with yourself, two bots and two idle users? If the channel was totaly
opless, why didnt you just ride a split instead of wasting an operator's
time?

So lets see if i got this straight. You, one of about a hundred people
(no, make that a thousand) came onto #wasteland and requested, no DEMANDED
immediate and unabated attention from a "IRC COP!!!!!!!!!" because the
need for you to be opped on a channel with noone besides yourself on it
was so pressing, and so urgent, and so obviously crucial to the moral
stability of the net, that you just couldnt wait.

Where did this "rule" come from? Ive never heard of anything so
preposterous in my life. No votes are required. THe operator ops who
they want once you ask for help. Thats the way it is.

You explicitly ASKED for operator intervention. There would have been
no "judgement" or "action" taken if you hadnt asked for it!

No - I dont think he works for anarchists - have you asked this oper in
particular

Are you sure the Irc Op in question did a takeover on the channel ? I dont
think so.
I'm not going to try to defend him/her, but remember - we are doing this
out of sheer interest in
irc and yes - in the users here.

If you have complaints about a bot, grab this information, do an /admin
austin.tx.us.undernet.org
and mail the complaint to the admin of the server.

Perhaps the Oper didnt know the guidelines for this - or simply just didnt
care.
You have included nothing except the oper's nick, which makes it difficult
to check
the opers story.

As long as Irc is a service provided to YOU and your friends by volunteers,
the judgement
will always be in the hands of the provider of the service, but sure - the
guidelines are to
be followed.

*SIGH* Firstly, if you intend to flame us, PLEASE get the title
correct, its IRCOP NOT IRC cop (do us all a favor and read this very
slowly and carefully so no one has to repete to you again.
Second, _crash_ is NOT an IRCop, he is a @wasteland helper. You
spammed my box with this crap a week ago, demanding to know why I had
never answered your "1st" letter to me. I never GOT a 1st letter from
you about this issue, only your petulant demand that I answer your
