RB mailed me more information, a copy of a letter from Munich attorney
Michael Reiss, dated March 23, 1988, R/a, re: Pflegschaftssache
(Guardianship case) Barbara Schwarz, addressed to Rosemarie
Bretschneider in Munich. (Note, I got successfully rid of the
wrongfully guardianship case in spring 1986.)
Reiss wrote that he ordered the files on me from the
Vormundschaftsgericht in Munich, the Guardianshipcourt, (yes, they
have a whole court there to declare adults wrongfully incapacitated to
care for their own affairs, to control them, to deny them their
rights) on matter of Barbara Schwarz and that he was notified to
better come with a vehicle, because that case would have a mountain of
files. (Of course it has, because so many corrupt people were involved
in denying my rights and trying to "deprogram" me of Scientology.)
Reiss acknowledged that he met RB on March 22, 1988 and that he had
considered to take the case. (I have no clue what RB exactly wanted
from him, what kind of case he thought he would take. Fanatically as
she is, she probably wanted to put me again under guardianship,
because never got used to it that I grew up and made my own decision.
She sort of wanted me to sit in her living room all my life playing
with dolls, because it's RB who is not right in mind.)
Anyway, Reiss wrote to RB that after he was notified how huge the case
is and how voluminious the files, that he decided not to take the
case, but rather refered her to another lawyer. (He did not mention
that lawyer with name.) He wrote he has not the time to work himself
through so many files. He also claimed personal reasons why he thinks
that him taking the case will not make sense. - He offered RB her
files back and the Power of Attorney, that she gave to him.
RB also mailed me a copy of a decree, a decision (Bescheid) of the
Staatsanwaltschaft bei dem Landgericht Muenchen I, which is the
District Attorney of the Country Court I, in Munich, in
Lindprunstrasse. That document is dated February 2, 1990,
Geschaeftsnumber, file no: 301 Js 21 221/89. That is on a penal
complaint that RB filed against Walter Bistritzki (my ex-Guardian) on
November 26, 1989. The decree was issued by district attorney
Gruppenleiter Alt, certified on February 8, 1990 by justice employee
Kappelmeier. They decided to dismiss her penal complaint against
Bistritzki as unspecific, that RB just claimed that Bistritzki was
involved in fraud and never stated any details.
RB wrote that the D/A lied, that she was specific. She mailed me a
copy of her objection to the decree, dated February 20, 1990, that she
sent via D/A employee Dehne to D/A Alt. But in the objection she does
not go in details as to what kind of specifics she had claimed in the
original complaint and she did not mail me a copy of the original
complaint.
However, she mentioned in her objection also to D/A Alt also another
decree on another penal complaint of hers that she had filed against
German Scientology attorney Wilhelm Bluemel and the D/A issued a
decree on that on February 7, 1990. The file number is not mentioned
in RB's objection. In her objection of matter against Bluemel she
claimed that the district attorney did not investigate the facts that
Bluemel forged my signatures on power of attorneys. (She has a point
on Bluemel, I found him to represent me without my knowledge and
without any POA.)
Bluemel apparently had claimed that he got a blanco POA from me, but I
never gave Bluemel a blanco POA. RB got hold of a letter that I mailed
to Bluemel on December 16, 1987, a month after the kidnapping and
"deprogramming" in Herrsching, in which I wrote that I don't want him
to represent me, because he was talking to RB, one of the
deprogrammer, and he told her that the "deprogramming" was my(!)
fault, because if I would be no Scientologist, there would be no need
to deprogram me. - That really did it for me! I cancelled the POA on
December 16, 1987 and never signed a new one for him. All those dated
later are sure a forgery.
I gave a blanco POA to American detective Krywucki in summer 1988, who
worked for SCN, because I needed some papers from Germany, but I made
clear to him that I don't want Bluemel on the matter. It was no case,
just a simple administrative matter and I told the detective that I
want attorney Ulli Buehler to get those papers for me. Looks to me
that Bluemel got hold of that POA against my will. He also did not get
the papers. Instead of writing to the government agency that issued
the documents, he wrote to RB to provide it, who never would have
given him the documents anyway, and she traced me down in the USA even
more. Whatever Bluemel did in my matters, he never made anything
right, just worse.
I also supect that Bluemel represented me without POA in the case that
was filed behind my back against Marty Rathbun, and that very much to
the disadvantage of Marty and myself. There is a reason why Bluemel,
the SCN (!)attorney of all people in the world, wanted me to be
institutionalized in 1989. The reason why he wanted it is because I
claimed that he represented me without my consent and knowledge and
has no true Scientology interests at heart.
Anyway, in her objection, RB cited somebody with name Riepertinger to
the D/A who must have done also some illegal activities in regards of
me, but as with so many people, who mingled in my life, I don't know
him. I have no recollection that I ever met this person and what he
wanted and why he did not mind his own business and why RB wanted him
criminally investigated by the D/A.
RB asked the D/A to put the case on ice, because of her Asthma. She
sent him a statement from her Lung doctor, Christian Bleek in Munich,
dated May 18, 1993, in which he altered his statement of April 21,
1993 (Aenderungsbescheid) and certified that RB is seriously
Asthma-sick and that this is 90% handicap in her life.
It's true, she is terribly Asthma-sick, but it never stopped her to
butt in my life and burn it down. However, RB would have been never
become so fanatically if the German government, the SCN attackers and
the media would have not run the criminal campaign against SCN and L.
Ron Hubbard, but ignoring on the other side the lies of the SCN
attacker and the criminal infiltrators that the German secret services
sent in the orgs to mess things up and create the situations.
