Juergen Keltsch, the District Attorney who supervised the raid of the
Munich org in 1984, while I was the President of the Church of
Scientology Germany, became later a judge. The Bavarian tax office was
heavily involved in that raid too, and one of the tax officials
responsible admitted now before a court that they manipulated figures
back to 1971. They harmed Scientology and collected taxes illegally.
(See also Impact issue number 106, page 25.)

After I was outed by Scientology infiltrators later 1984, I was
ordered to the Munich tax office to appear before them, (three
officials) and one of the tax guys had the last name Wuerfel. They
were incredibly biased towards Scientology and I had to hear the
utmost insults against L. Ron Hubbard, despite that they never met him
and based their information only on false reports on others. They
tried to get information from me that should harm the orgs.

They were also present during the hearing before judge Doukoff, who
dismissed the charges that Klaus Karbe filed against me, the charges
that were fabricated and used by Keltsch to kidnap me from Copenhagen
for "deprogramming" in German jails and institutions. No public, no
press, no Scientologists were allowed in that hearing before judge
Doukoff, only officials and Rosemarie Bretschneider ("RB"). Keltsch
told me that he was disappointed in the judge, as they agreed before
the hearing that I should be penalized with something, anything, but
something. (That is German justice!) I am certain that the judge would
have charged me with something, anything at all if I indeed would have
violated any law, but there was nothing. Keltsch and other German
judges and officials are the law violator, by having ordered to
kidnapped from Copenhagen, by bearing me, by torturing me, by locking
me up for many weeks without that I was allowed to talk to any
attorney or Scientologist or anybody except fanatical RB. I was
arrested under charges that Keltsch made up after I was arrested. He
charged me for having tried to intimidate Klaus Karbe to not hold an
international event in Bonn to introduce the dangerous, inhuman and
criminal deprogramming in Germany and rest of Europe.

Karbe admitted that he was not intimidated, and in Germany protesting
against criminal deprogramming is a crime according to lawless Keltsch
and some judges, as my story tells. It is another irony, that only a
few years later I was kidnapped again and had to survive the terrible
"deprogramming" of Cyril Vosper, and his fanatical helpers. I was
right to protest the international deprogramming event in which also
Veronica Carstens, the wife of a former German Bundespresident
participated. Coming up with such inhuman and criminal methods to get
religion out of people that Germans don't like indeed reminds very
much to some of their methods that they applied to the Jews in the
Third Reich.

I still get letters from Rosemarie Bretschneider ("RB") about the
allegedly not more existing German Nazi government, and how they
persecute me. I don't think that she mailed me all she knows, but here
is some what she provided. She does not write in sequence, but rather
how she remembers and what kind of documents fall in her hands.

She wrote me now that not only Keltsch supervised me being kidnapped
from Copenhagen to Germany, but judge Schaefer, from Amtsgericht
Munich, who put me later under "Guardianship" and a Lubeck judge were
also involved. (I reported about that already in my former
installments in this series.) In German still existing Nazi style, I
was told that I am arrested and the judges issued orders, without that
I knew the charges or was allowed to defend myself. Whenever I read
that ARS posters look up to Germany for their activities against
Scientology, it makes my stomach turn and my skin crawl.

RB mailed me a copy of the decree of the Amtsgericht Munchen, on file,
Geschaeftsnummer 135 VIII 1167/84 of October 10, 1984, signed by Nazi
judge Schaefer. He took psych Kuegler off my case and assigned psychs
Mende and Nedopil to my case. Schaeffer did not explain with one
sentence why Kuegler was taken off.

Tilman Hausherr is lying, by saying that Nedopil was my therapist. I
never taked to that psych, when he came to me I told him as any other
psych to take a hike and leave me alone. I just talked once to him,
the day I talked him into letting me out of the "Guardianship". I did
never need that guardianship, and my guardian also knew that, and that
is why he never told me anything. Another judge had told to me that
this Guardianship just exists on the paper. During the Guardianship I
worked as secretary for a BMW boss and in a German Bank. How can you
such jobs for others by being allegedly not able to care for yourself?

Tilman Hausherr also recommends a psych who sexually abused their
patients, and he knows what pigstables the Munich psychiatry
institutions are, and how they butcher around there, nevertheless he
wants me to be brought back there. I doubt very much that Herr
Hausherr is sane himself, after all he wants the Florida and American
economy ruined and blame it on the Scientologists. What sane person
would want that?

Anyway, Nedopil and Mende were so unprofessional that they allowed RB
to make the diagnosis as to what allegedly would be wrong with me. I
want to remind you that RB is no expert in the field of mental health.
She knows about the mind as little as the ARS posters. They did not
want to cross her. In other words, what was written in that Nedopil
and Mende expertise that lead to the Guardianship was RB's idea. Those
pyschs are so unprofessional! She told me that they said I would
"suffer" under something different than they wrote in their expertise.

RB also sent me a letter from Nedopil to Juerg Stettler in the Munich
org. The letter is dated October 15, 1984. Nedopil asked Stettler, the
alleged Scientologist to work together with him, as I would suffer
under something they would know only very little. (Lol. It is called
sanity and mental health, and I did not "suffer" under it.) Nedopil
and the other Munich psychs complained later that I did not suffer had
no "Leidensdruck", and they were very unhappy about that. I did not
suffer under my mind, but under the loss of my liberty and their
malpractice, their torture and them ruining my kidneys with injections
that made my kidneys hart and painful.

Anyway, Stettler saw the psychs on October 23, 1984, at 3am,
Beethovenplatz 4, in Munich. Ingo Heinemann, Hausherr's friend and a
long SCN time attacker and one of my personal persecutors was there,
so was a former Scientologist, which I believe is the ex-hausband of
the once Hamburg missionholder, Erik Fritsch, who I never met in
person or had any correspondence with, and who wrongfully claimed to
know me.

Nedopil told me that he was surprised that Scientology did not try to
help me out. (He concealed that Larry Forsgreen, a real Scientologist
came all the way from Sweden or Danemark to get me out of psychs harm,
but that he was not allowed to see me.) But as far as Juerg Stettler
is concerned, the Scientology infiltrator, I know that he sold me out
to the psychs.

Thanks, Stettler, thanks a lot. You are so non-scientological, you are
- pardon my French - nothing but a wog. Let me ask you that, Stettler:
when the German authorities came after you, why did you flee to
Switzerland? If thought that they were just, helpful and good to me
why did you not put yourself in the hands of German police, judges and
psychs? For me it is okay to be slaughtered by them, but your
infiltrator skin is of course something much better and only I but not
you deserve such a treatment. You are such a disgusting hypocrite! And
you were also the one who outed me from the Munich org in 1984, as
ordered by your case officer who is no Scientologist either.

Anyway, RB filed a motion and declared judge Schaefer as biased
because he chose another guardian than her. He denied her motion and
declared himself as not to be disqualified in August 1984 under file
no: 135 VIII 1167/84, Amtsgericht Munich.

Another district attorney of Munich, Emrich had told her to file that
action (Dienstaufsichtsbeschwerde) against Schaefer (despite RB is a
nut and would have used that guardianship just to ship me to even more
"deprogramming" stations) but Keltsch told her to take the action
against Schaefer back, otherwise I would not be put under
guardianship. There you see, my alleged insanity was just a political
decision against Scientology and me personally. If a guardianship
can't stand the scrutiny of others, if only one judge will speak it
out but not other judges, person doesn't need it!

RB wrote that psych Lois Clark came all the way from the USA to
"deprogram" me, but he was told by the Munich psychs, that I am not
"deprogrammable" and they gave him another young woman who was in
their hands, to learn from him, how deprogramming was conducted. He
did not see me, and I would have told him to leave me alone, just as I
told the German psychs. That young woman was under guardianship too
and lawyer von Gienanth was her Guardian.

RB wrote that Gienanth called me a terrible name (despite I saw him
just once briefly in a court room during the Braesch hearing) but
admitted that the German authorities searched through all 40 boxes
with documents that they took from the Munich org in 1984 and could
not find anything on me. Of course they did not. I was not criminal,
and I did not run a criminal org.

RB usually picks shorter or later fights with her own allies. That is
a real pattern in her life. If not everything goes after her and only
her, she starts to attack her former partners in crime. Schaefer,
Nedopil, Mende, Hippius, Pricilla Coates, Keltsch, Heinemann, Ginanth,
Haack, etc, all can sing a song of that. She was wrong to trust those
lawless people in the fist case, but she hooked up with them, as she
too has no respect of my rights, just as they don't. I remember when I
told her to give up persecuting me as that would be a violation of my
constitutional rights. She started to laugh and said: "You and
constitutional rights? Ha!" That is the kind of woman she is, and so
are also her friends, which she now sees as her enemies.

RB sent me a copy of her long complaint to the German Bundestag. 95 %
of the data she provided is wither completely false or twisted. This
is how "information" about Scientology is made.

1) There are the Scientology attackers from the outside. They lie and
make allegations against L. Ron Hubbard and Scientology up.

2) There are the Scientology infiltrators, sent in the orgs with an
agenda to infiltrate, destroy from the inside out and cause problems,
which the outside attackers use to attack SCN and L. Ron Hubbard even
more. I bet that pretty all SCN attackers know of the infiltrators and
that they are in the orgs to also target real Scientologists to deny
their rights, that they should turn against SCN. (The German
government got very interested in me after they heard that I was
outed. And I was not outed by Scientologists but traitors as Juerg
Stettler and Birgitta Rinkquist Harrington, who immediately after she
kicked me out showed her true face and stated to attack SCN officially
from the outside.

3) There are relatives, people that are in fear of what those under
item 1 and 2 and the media reported, and they imagine new problems, as
nutty RB did, and feed the media, the officials, the psychs, the SCN
attackers, with new fabrications as to what might be wrong with SCN.

RB wrote that Juergen Keltsch (yes, the criminal who kidnapped me from
Copenhagen and denied to me legal counsel for weeks) was called by the
German Bundestag as expert (Sachentscheider) on Scientology in the
90s. RB suspects that he removed everything that was critical about
him from the files. But it is typically that the German Bundestag
calls criminals to be their experts on SCN.

Reading RB's reports to the authorities about me tell clearly that she
has the mental problems. When the German still exiting Nazi
persecution rage broke over me I was end of twenty. RB talks about me
as I would be a 5 years old child. She had a problem with me growing
up to an adult, that screams out of all her letters and petitions. In
one report she mentioned that she screamed her prayers as loud in the
nights that the neighbors in the surrounding houses heard them. She
was not locked up in any institution and the Munich psychs allowed her
to write the diagnosis of my alleged mental illness. RB was not locked
up as she has no religion those crazy psychs feel threatened of.

RB provided many false information to authorities. As an example, she
wrote that SCN stole my diamond ring and the silver spoons of her
father. Fact is, that those spoon were my inheritance of him, they
belonged to me, and I sold the spoons and the ring in a Munich pawn
shop when I had to flee Germany as persecuted Scientologist. I needed
money to leave the country. SCN had nothing to do with that decision.

RB wrote that Spiegel reporter Rumler was informed by her friend Joe
Beneken that he and RB ran after me in Copenhagen. That reporter
should have seen that both are denying my rights and are fanatical in
their anti-SCN hatred. Rumler attacked in his articles SCN frequently,
but he concealed everything criminal that happened to me while in the
"care" of the German government! What a "fine" human being!

RB wrote that Ralph Mucha and Ingo Heineman run a defamation campaign
against me. Problem with RB is that she knows best and I told her
before that they are not any good, but she had to make her own
experiences. But RB does not make her experiences on her own, she uses
me to get her cognitions and I had to suffer terribly under her slow
learning experiences.

RB informed me that she ran to Munich Kriminalpolizei, official
Jarusch to trace me down in the USA in 1987/88. I fled Germany to the
USA after another "deprogramming" session in Herrsching and after the
German authorities did not lock RB up, and she continued to come after
me with her "deprogramming plans". She participated in the
"deprogramming" in Herrsching and she had criminal charges pending
against her, and the Munich police knew that. RB demanded that I
should be found through Interpol and being brought back to her. The
unbelievably thing is that they obeyed.

Jarusch informed Interpol Wiesbaden, and they contacted Interpol USA
to track me down in a "top priority search" to get me back to abusive
and fanatical RB and back to criminal and still existing Nazi Germany.
USNCB Interpol, as German poodle, followed the German order. RB wrote
that she also addressed Interpol Paris, the HQ to go after me, and I
am certain that they also have dirty hands on that.

Interpol did not find me, but I returned myself to Germany in
summer/fall of 1988, as I received information that RB arrived in the
USA. I knew that she came with another "deprogramming" plan, me being
transported to Canada and Spain for another of those painful and
inhuman "deprogramming" sessions, that are rather depersonalization
sessions, as I don't have a program to be removed.

RB wrote that she also contacted the German police president Koller to
help her. It seems that Jarusch did not like that, and he told her
that they took me out of the police computer. This can't be true, as I
received through my allegedly to unsuccessful FOIA requests, several
pages of Interpol USA documents, that show that German Interpol and
USNCB worked hand in hand to find me, not on criminal charges, but
allegedly being a missing person, while everybody knew that I flee the
country and was not missing.

RB wrote me that German consul Zeidler in Los Angeles called her
several times that he needs acknowledgement from Munich police that
Interpol is after me. They were. Zeidler also must have known that RB
had criminal kidnapping charges pending against her and rather should
be incarcerated than using police and Interpol as tool for new crimes.

RB wrote that another Munich psych, Meiendorf supported her and wrote
another expertise on me and charged her 70 German Marks for it.
Needless to say, he never saw or spoke to me, and failed to see that
RB is nuts and criminal. However, he also must have known that she had
criminal charges pending against her when she tried to come again
after me.

RB wrote that judge Neuwirth was another German judge involved in the
guardianship of 1984 and psych Meiendorf was in contact with her and
another district attorney from Munich, DA Muetzel. All those people
conveniently concealed that RB is criminal, fanatical and nuts, and
that I had to flee to not be again kidnapped and "deprogrammed". RB
wanted me to be kidnapped to Iran and held under a veil. When East
Germany was communistic she addressed them, if they want to have me,
and they wanted me! Is a lunatic, and the German authorities knew that
all along.

RB also indicated that she had American helpers in her plans and
actions. One of them is Reg Alev, a former CAN man.

RB wrote to me now that she considers the 7-8 months that I had to
suffer in Germans prisons and mental institutions a deprivation of my
liberty, (Freiheitsberaubung), but she does not want to be reminded,
that she participated in all of that.

I met those Bavarian tax officials, and boy, were those hate filled
and biased.
I have no doubt whatsoever that they manipulated the records.

They did not appreciate that I did not help them lying about SCN. They
hoped that I would retaliate.

This is how it works: German secret service sends infiltrators in that
deny Scientologists their rights and out them. Then they hope that
those outed retaliate against L. Ron Hubbard or Scientology. It is all
a set up, the infiltration and the outside attacks. They work hand in
hand.

But talking about you, what is up with promoting psychs that sexually
molest their patients? You also promote Nedopil, right?

Hausherr is so extreme as to promote James Randi, a so-called Skeptic
dedicated to attacking any belief for which he considers there is
insufficient proof. Religion is a favorite target of the Skeptics
movement, obviously because many religious beliefs are based in faith.
Hausherr has carried his skepticism so far as to participate in
attacks on magicians, decrying their entertainments as fraudulent.

Hausherr is given as a "source" on Scientology on at least one
internet page of Skeptic's links, which includes links to Dr. Stephen
Barrett one of the earliest psychiatrists to attack Scientology.
Hausherr has never been a Scientologist nor, it appears, has he ever
made an honest attempt to study and understand the Church doctrines.
Hausherr is, however, a strong supporter of psychiatry to the point
where he even defends psychiatrists who have been convicted of such
crimes as sexually molesting their patients. It is important to note
that The Church of Scientology founded the Citizen's Commission on
Human Rights which is devoted to exposing psychiatric crimes and the
abuse of psychiatric patients.

Habe ich es nicht gesagt? Garry Scarff speaks no word German, as he
posted himself recently. I bet he gets the German text from the
SEGNPMSS, the still existing German Nazi secret service, and they
order his crimes against me through his ear implants, and he is of
course guilty as they are committing them. They pick cheap people for
other nations to do the dirt work for them. That is a German pattern.

His German mind controller seems to be a really old guy, as his German
is so dusty, and Garry himself has dirt in his ears. His ear implants
can't work that well, as that German is not the best.

member wrote me that this "church" sanctions and promotes dishonorable
behavior and that he and his friends were raped and drugged by one of
their active members, and that one of their active members murdered
others under the guise of "drug overdose". The ex-WeHo wrote that the
gay men make sexual innuendo during sermon and "church" leadership
doesn't see what's wrong with that.

Frederic Rice, another fierce David Touretzky defender, posted also
with the stolen identity de Rothschild. He is as little a de
Rothschild as a dirty slimy and greasy punch bag is an impressive man.
He threatened governmental officials over the Internet, wants to
celebrate when both President Bush's are dead and has tips on his
website on how to kill bikers.

His brother David Rice, posts with "Dr." or "Reverend" Desertphile and
also with the stolen identity de Rothschild. He suggested to kill
members of the FBI. (Go to www.religiousfreedom.watch.org, the
extremist pages on David Touretzky, page 9, his connections and click
on the PDF file.) Dave Rice also posted a long time with the identity
"Prozac filled gay terrorist psycho", which tells a lot about him.

Barbara Graham Warr, self-proclaimed "caplain" of the A.R.S. newsgroup
and snakepit, another David Touretzky promoter, is a DUI offender and
pleaded guilty to possession and manufacturing of prohibited weapon
under California penal code. She congratulated the WeHo "congregation"
accepting Scarff's criminal behaviors against me. However, she posted
before that there is no God. She also posts with stolen identity de
