This is the mobile, ninth heaven of autumnal &
vernal equinox-times (Neptune reigns) counting

evening fall & winter, morning spring & summer.
That's 329 years to go counting from this year,
2002 AD, indicating the outermost extent, most
gradual end to this transition from the fourth
to the fifth empire, much sooner is the rubble.
