This would have had at least an ounce of credibility if you had not
falsified my mail headers the other day.
Or indeed if someone had not put an abusive message on my guest book clearly
related to my relations with you.

Indeed, apart from the fact that you do not concelebrate with the Church of
Greece, and in the eyes of Greek Civil Law are in fact not only uncanonical
but illegal. You give us very little reason to believe that you are actually
Christian at all. What has falsehood (the kind you use) to do with truth?

The meanspirited and vindictiveness you have shown throughout this matter
with Mr. Greene, bodes very badly for your souls. I don't know what kind of
Orthodox you think you are ... but you are not the kind that 98% of people
in this country follow. Nor are you the kind displayed by the monks on this
nation's Holy Mountain, Athos.

You may fool American courts, you will not fool Greek ones, and you will not
fool God who has seen your falseness, untruth and malicious actions towards
others.

Marina

98% ?!? You think that the orthodox christians of this country compose 98
percent of
the population?

Bwahahahaha! Here's some news for you: that someone
placed a "Christian Orthodox" on the identity cards of the majority of the
(teenager at the time)
population doesn't make them the majority orthodox christians, any more than
it makes me an orthodox christian who similarly have an "orthodox christian"
on my ID card.

The real reason that the church and most nationalists so desire the identity
cards to continue
to contain the religion of an individual (fakeloma protou megethous) is
because they want
to retain their power to exert their very unholy pressure with pieces of
false propaganda such
as that 98% of the population of this country is orthodox.

Could you explain what you mena by the identity card program of
teenagers? Do you mean that the teemagers were Orthodox when they
signed the cards, or that socially people felt under pressure to call
themselves Orthodox if they are not, or that some people fail to
practice their religion but call themselves as adherents of the religion
despite their actual beliefs? What?

At 14 you have to have an ID card. There is a question of what religion.
Most people put the Church they were baptised into, even though they may not
be a practising Christian at all. Most people in Greece were baptised in the
Church so they put Orthodox Christian. Most get married in Church, and are
buried by the Church. What is known as " hatch'em, match 'em and dispatch
'em Orthodoxy. " I never said they were practising Orthodox -- personally I
think there should be full separation of Church and State.

It is not unique to Greece, in England most people used to write Cof E or RC
at the same question (even if they never practice). It is quite common for
the unbaptised in England to put Cof E when asked on hospital forms etc. Of
course, they do not have IDs at all in England, but may be asked on about
religion on school forms and are always asked on hospital forms.

The figure was used when talking to a pseudo cult of tax evaders and
probable pederasts who spread lies and slander over the Internet because
someone dared to say they are not canonical.

Whatever Mr. Katsaris! If you really want to come to the aid of these people
who have been harassing a man and his family for weeks. Who call themselves
Orthodox as a front for something else, I only hope to God that it is not
because they like to dress up in frocks and bother altar boys. I sincerely
hope its just a tax scam.

Would your wife be called Katsarida?
Just wondering

I don't come to anybody's aid, I simply objected to your erroneous
statements.
For starters your post did not contain any other quoted message
so please forgive us ignorant ones for not guessing to what message you are
responding to
or not wasting some hours searching through Dejanews for the same.

Too bad that I have no idea what this is referring to.

This kind of wit must have made you very popular in kindergarten, but sorry
if it fails to impress me.
