Her lawyers's address, if she really has one and if the lawyer has agreed to accept
process on her behalf, is fine.

Many thanks.
They have insulted and abused me and in a public forum these so-called
Christians have called me quote " a bull dyke" and various other
epithets. There is reason to believe that they distorted a page on my
guestbook telling me to quote "fuck off you lesbian kunt". These are
all illegal offenses on their part.
AS for the cause of their complaint, the fact that they were mentioned
on a web-page listing all Churches that use Orthodox in their name, but
are not in communion with other Orthodox Churches (like the Church of
Greece), no longer exists. In fact, on their own site they freely admit
this fact. I took it down because the owner of the page had found
another site, and I am closing my whole account in the next couple of
months any way. You have shown exactly what kind of Christian you are
by your words and actions here. If you were really Christians you would
not need to resort to law courts, or the crudest of insults and
recorded verbal abuse (I refer you to St. Basil and St. John Chrysostom
on the matter). Your very actions here show that you have no respect
for fellow persons and absolutely no fear of God. Righteousness and
Justice come from GOD and boy! have you people rejected him from your
lives and turned your back on him by your words here. If you REALLY
feared God, you would not be doing this. It is a classic example of a
psychological and obsessive sickness perverting things, and follwing
this course of harassment, lies and illegality.
If you want to be seen as legitimate "Orthodox" start first by behaving
like legitimate Christians, however many court cases you propose,
however many legal battles you may win (unlikely), you will convince no
true follower of Christ of your legitimacy as Christians (let alone
Orthodox) by the very course of action you have taken here.

I'm wondering about something. Perhaps you can help the rest of us here. What does any of
this have to do with the Orthodox Faith?

I did check out your web site and found it rather interesting. It seems that
the charter you posted on your website has a condition that your church must be
in communion with the other canonical Orthodox Churches. Yet you also posted
that you are not in communion with the other canonical Churches. (?) Unless
you have some other documents in your possession that have not been posted on
your website that would explain that inconsistency. If you do, let us know.
If I am misreading this, let us know as well.
I also thought it was uncanonical for a church to file suit against individuals
in civil secular courts. Unless you are not as canonical and valid as you
claim to be.
Well?

They'll get a legal address if and when I bring action against them for a
variety of civil and criminal offences. These include, slander, libel,
defamation of character, harassment, incitement to harassment, forgery (of
my web headers) and a host of other things.
At the present moment they themselves are writing from a fake e-mail
address. Altavista informed me that such an account does not exist.

Why? Because she called you names you don't like? I hate to be
the bearer of bad news, but that isn't grounds for prevailing in a
lawsuit anywhere I know of. It takes more than a difference of
opinion and hurt feelings.

I do note you have been called ugly names in these forums. Well, so have
I. I wish to be the first to deplore the idea of handing your personal
information to these people. People who resort ot these tactics are
usually mentally sick, morally sick, or both.

They're posting from altopia. It sounds to me like this could be the same
unfortunate individual who forged under my name some extremely slanderous
remarks regarding Fr. Melruain.
