Request valid physical and mailing address for Marina Mary Robb for service of process
and sending legal letters.

Her lawyers's address, if she really has one and if the lawyer has agreed to accept
process on her behalf, is fine.

Please post here or email to +theo...@altavista.net [remove the "+"].

Many thanks.

These people want to do nothing other than harass, offend, and abuse.
They have resorted to methods which are far from Christian. This is not
really an appeal for legal methods, which so far seem pretty much of a
bluff and excuse to make legal sounding (but actually false) attacks. I
have three or four instances where I can bring civil action against
these people. There is also one case of a federal offense.
If I lived in the US they would not doubt that I would already be
taking them to the due process of law. However, since I happen to live
in another part of the world, and my actual resources for justice are
limited, it is difficult for me at this time. I am considering an
action against them in the Greek Courts and, after this latest, I will
be going to the United States Embassy here in Athens to get advice from
the relevant staff there regarding what can be done in America. If and
when I do take the relevant action these obnoxious people will learn
the relevant address. Frankly, I think they will be apalled at the
reputation these so called priests are giving their country.

They have insulted and abused me and in a public forum these so-called
Christians have called me quote " a bull dyke" and various other
epithets. There is reason to believe that they distorted a page on my
guestbook telling me to quote "fuck off you lesbian kunt". These are
all illegal offenses on their part.

AS for the cause of their complaint, the fact that they were mentioned
on a web-page listing all Churches that use Orthodox in their name, but
are not in communion with other Orthodox Churches (like the Church of
Greece), no longer exists. In fact, on their own site they freely admit
this fact. I took it down because the owner of the page had found
another site, and I am closing my whole account in the next couple of
months any way. You have shown exactly what kind of Christian you are
by your words and actions here. If you were really Christians you would
not need to resort to law courts, or the crudest of insults and
recorded verbal abuse (I refer you to St. Basil and St. John Chrysostom
on the matter). Your very actions here show that you have no respect
for fellow persons and absolutely no fear of God. Righteousness and
Justice come from GOD and boy! have you people rejected him from your
lives and turned your back on him by your words here. If you REALLY
feared God, you would not be doing this. It is a classic example of a
psychological and obsessive sickness perverting things, and follwing
this course of harassment, lies and illegality.

If you want to be seen as legitimate "Orthodox" start first by behaving
like legitimate Christians, however many court cases you propose,
however many legal battles you may win (unlikely), you will convince no
true follower of Christ of your legitimacy as Christians (let alone
Orthodox) by the very course of action you have taken here.

From what I hear, they are no more Orthodox Christians than they are
Orthodox Jews. In fact this THEOCACNA is apparently just one man, a mentally
disturbed homosexual who is causing all of this nonsense. I don't have a
whole lot of money, but if you decide to take legal action against this vile
bugger, I'd be happy to contribute my little mite to help.

Who is your legal advisor, (former) Archbishop Spyridon of the Greek Orthodox
Archdiocese of America?

I did check out your web site and found it rather interesting. It seems that
the charter you posted on your website has a condition that your church must be
in communion with the other canonical Orthodox Churches. Yet you also posted
that you are not in communion with the other canonical Churches. (?) Unless
you have some other documents in your possession that have not been posted on
your website that would explain that inconsistency. If you do, let us know.
If I am misreading this, let us know as well.

I also thought it was uncanonical for a church to file suit against individuals
in civil secular courts. Unless you are not as canonical and valid as you
claim to be.

Well?

So they can continue their campaign of abuse, legal sounding threats and
defamation of character, that's why!

They'll get a legal address if and when I bring action against them for a
variety of civil and criminal offences. These include, slander, libel,
defamation of character, harassment, incitement to harassment, forgery (of
my web headers) and a host of other things.

At the present moment they themselves are writing from a fake e-mail
address. Altavista informed me that such an account does not exist.

Why? Because she called you names you don't like? I hate to be
the bearer of bad news, but that isn't grounds for prevailing in a
lawsuit anywhere I know of. It takes more than a difference of
opinion and hurt feelings.

Dear Marina,

I do note you have been called ugly names in these forums. Well, so have
I. I wish to be the first to deplore the idea of handing your personal
information to these people. People who resort ot these tactics are
usually mentally sick, morally sick, or both.

They're posting from altopia. It sounds to me like this could be the same
unfortunate individual who forged under my name some extremely slanderous
remarks regarding Fr. Melruain.
