Dear Sir or Madam:

RE: URL 1. http://aggreen.net/orth_links/orthlink2.html ; and
URL 2. http://users.otenet.gr/~marinarb/OtherOrthodox.html
(both as an attachment to this email only)

The captioned URLs continue to violate the service marks and copyrights of this
Church because Alfred G Green, Jr (URL 1), the end user responsible and a rogue OCA
deacon, in collusion with Marina Mary Robb (URL 2), an internet apologist for
homosexuals, have not requested permission and do not have permission to use our Church
name, our service mark(s), or links to our copyrighted websites in the material which
they publish at the captioned URL sites.

From URL 2 the HTML code states the authors and compiler of the page as:

<meta name="AUTHOR" content="Orthodox Church in America">
<meta name="Author" content="Compiled by Al Green">

We vigorously defend our service marks and copyright property against infringement and
theft.

Consequently, this letter demands that you, as admitted and published content author of
URL 2, in collusion with and conspiring with Green and Robb, cease and desist from
infringement of and theft of our property.

Since we have received no acknowledgement of our several previous letters by facsimile
and email, we have retained counsel in your area and are preparing to bring suit naming
the OCA, Green, Robb, and appropriate internet providers in the US and Europe as
defendants.

Very truly yours,

Dear Theo,

Thanks for those links! they were great. Marina Robb and Fr Dn Alfred Green
both did a great job.

Please share any other similar links you want to - I bookmarked both of
these.

Regards,

Phil (Silouan) Thompson

Dear Phil,

I would sure be interested in the form of your Other Orthodox page
BEFORE you gave it to Marina.

By the way, isn't St. Nektarios in Seattle a part of the HOCNA (formerly
a part of the True Orthodox Christians and then formerly ROCOR)?

The page belongs to Al Greene not Phil.
The only change in the page is the paragraphs quoting the
Greek Constitution at the bottom. All the rest is exactly
as it was. It is only a temporary measure until Al finds a
permanent home. My site is due to be closed down in a
couple of months anyway.

In article <32aefd4e...@usw-ex0102-010.remarq.com>,

Also, right before Al moved it to Marina's site, he added the links
about copyright and fair use.

In XC,
Nick
