Ukrainian churches(?)

I have recently stumbled across these two web sites:

http://www.uocofusa.org/ - Ukrainian Orthodox Church of America and

http://www.htplus.net/orthodox/index.html - Ukrainian Orthodox Church of
Canada - Eastern Eparchy.

I'd like to know how they stand canonically, i.e. are they a part of the
Ukrainian Orthodox Church or under the EP? Or are they like ROCOR or the
Copts?

Both are canonical and under the EP; not like the ROCOR or Copts.

As a former Archpriest within the UAOC and the one who closed the diocese of
the Portland and the Northwest for Metropolitan Alexis one of few remaining
hierarchs who have concelebrated at South Boundbrook and remained separate;
I can say we have no knowledge of these persons who claim to represent
Metropolitan Gregory's jurisdiction in Canada.

They have mixed the church with non-canonical relationships and have been
consecrated by +Souris of the Old Cal Church of Greece. The same person who
gave us +Propheta. They are attempting to bring the Old Catholic faith
under the aegis what appears to be canonical Orthodoxy. Unless I am grossly
misinformed from their homepage, they do not hold the traditional faith we
love and defend.

Pardon me. The UAOC is the Ukrainian Autocephalous Church of the USA and
was founded here by the Bishops who left the Ukraine during WW2 while
fleeing the Russians. They did not separate from anyone because they are the
mother church of the Slav's. The UAOC in the USA was metropolitan Gregory
of Eternal Memory jurisdiction and is now headed by +Alexis (NIzza) at St.
Andrew's Monastery in the Bronx.

After the death of Metropolitan Andrew there has arisen a number of person
who have attempted to claim they represent the church, but who have not been
elected and consecrated by the Holy Synod or ratified by the Metropolitan.
I am not privy to the mind or all the actions of +Alexis who is President of
the Holy Synod of Metropolitan Gregory and Met. Andres's jurisdiction. If
the group of which I spoke of last evening is canonically part of the church
I will publicly make a correction on this list. The bishop of the
jurisdiction in conversing with me as we speak.
