Guess we just got sold out, eh folks? Wonder what happens to my AUP
money that I just paid Mustang?

MSI sent me an email 3 days ago about resubscribing to the AUP, and I was
almost tempted.
Glad I thought about it too long.

Gary,

I just got off the phone with Andrea Santos, and according to her,
things will remain the same for at least the next 90 days. By the looks and
sounds of it, everything will be 'Status Quo' and most if not all of us will
not lose anything. This is a good thing. This will allow MSI to work towards
getting back on their feet and will allow Santronics to offer a Complete
package.

To reply via email, reverse my name.

Yeah, I found out the same thing from Mustang's statement posted when you
log onto the old system and also from talking to the business office. Sounds
like we're not going to be too bad off, especially if Hector can pull off
the many enhancements Mustang wasn't able to provide. I'd absolutely *LOVE*
to see the webserver part of WIN Server be able to handle secure web pages,
among other things.

So where does this leave those of us who currently own Wildcat products?
What are the support numbers?

As I understand it, online.winserver.com is physically moving from
Bakersfield, CA to Homestead, FL -- don't know if this is the actual
computing hardware or just the bytes that make up the site -- and
everything should be running from Santronics' location very soon.

Based on an email I got from Andrea Santos, Santronics is ready to
accept product registrations now for its "new" products. (I bought
WC4.20 and the Utility Suite in May but never sent in the registration
cards, figuring it would just be a waste of postage. Now, though, I
expect to be able to get prompt, useful tech support, so I'm sending
them to Santronics.

And don't forget to mention what a wonderful product it is and that if
they were to make an upgrade how you'd definitely buy into it <bg>
