Yes, you will. You can throw a 2.6.x version on so it doesn't clash with your
7.0.

The manuals and other info that are available on the Reliable site are really
quite good.

Mixmaster. It'll compile and config itself OK if you have all the right libs on
hand. If not, you'll have to chase some more source tarballs. But no, you will
not get a full blown set of detailed instructions on how to run it. A fair
amount of prior nix and remailer experience is assumed. If there is a Mixmaster
HOWTO out there, I haven't seen it.
It tells you "Use PGP6 or below"
You read it, you don't believe it
Under such bases, nothing will be simple for you

That is exactly what infamous Orange ("Not_So_Remailing_Remailer") did.
He was not able to set up a windows/reliable remailer, so he tried sparc/linux/mixmaster.
Then he posed as "secutity expert" and dubbed windows insecure, while being unable to enter the system date on his machine.
In his views, being a failure on sparc/linux/mixmaster was more trendy than being a failure on windows/reliable.
Of course, staying on Reliable proposes a difficult challenge: being more ignorant than self-righteous Nycrem ("Negative_IQ_Remop / Negative_Length_Messages) is no easy job
Ask Boschloo
And what is the name of that brilliant-to-be remailer?
Users will be interested, know which remop wants to handle their mail without even reading the basic documentation.
Yes, 6.5.8 or so.

there is also what you need to recompile Reliable, but you look like the perfect specimen to have your IP blocked
