Agreed, and that's just what I did! Those CBS announcers are TERRIBLE.
After listening to them, I can stomach Hawk and Wimpy from the Sox (Oops,
they better not here that, otherwise they might challenge me to a fight!)
Couldn't CBS find anyone better? I know Jack Buck was old, but he was
better (heck--that "I'm a big fan" guy from the CBS football promos would
make a better announcer than McCarver!) Just another reason why I'm glad
CBS looses baseball after this year. I hope NBC lets Costas do play-by-play
(I just hope they air baseball, but I doubt any network will do that
now-a-days <sigh>).

At least NBC won't try some sort of "Triplecast" with baseball!

Yep. And its Maddux, not Maddox, I believe.
