The following charge is an estimate based on the principle of
receiving a small percentage of the total cost savings in making use of
such a solution based tool as the V.I.C.
The current estimated charge is:
$30 (Thirty) Billion U.S. dollars.
This charge is likely a low estimate using a percentage of 10% of
total potential savings. The dollar value shown above will inherenty only
grow as the failure to apply the solution continues to happen.
This charge is to be paid by the industry to individual responsible
for the solution direction (myself). It is not my concern as to who
specifically is to pay this. It is not my problem the industry has no
central point of focus, nor that due this, it has not establish ethics or
a body to enforce ethics. A body needed before genuine software engineering
can be established as a viable field of science. Addressing ethics is not
of my concern or responsibility. It is, however, the responsibility of the
industry to pay the fair and reasonable charges.
50% of the estimated charge is due upon initiation of solution
application. An estimate based on per company savings, using solution.
The final portion of the charges (actual) is due upon receipt of V.I.C.
application savings.
Now that the value of the Virtual Interaction Configuration has been
put into a dollar perspective, perhaps many who have persisted with, in
essence, illusions will cease with pursuing such expensive illusions. It's
only going to cost you more to pursue illusions.

Communicate this and communicate that. Could anyone (_not_ _you_ _Tim_)
explain to me what the hell this is all about? And what it has to to with
Amiga programming?
Is it software in existance that one can use on Amiga today? Get a
demoversion of? Has anyone beside Tim seen this in action? Has it actually
done some work? Or is it vaporware?
