The Jim Rose Circus is a disparate group of self-proclaimed 'freaks'. They
do silly things like hang heavy weights from their genitals (presumably just
men who do this...), hammer nails into themselves, and suchlike.

Actually...

I saw both Laurie Anderson and the Jim Rose Circus for the first time on the
same afternoon - at the Leysin festival in Switzerland 1993. But touring
together? Naaah...
