Is there a way to get Excel 97 to print all the Odd and then all the Even pages.  I want to print on the front and the back of each page.  I know it can be done with Word but I can't find a way to do it with Excel.

Thank you for your assistance.

Hi Mary-Ann,
Excel does not have this provision, but check the options
for your printer. Some printers support such options
particularly ones that actually do duplex printing. In which
case you probably just want to just use Duplex anyway.

Some people would print at least half the pages and then
print the other half on the other sides. So if you have 47
pages print pages 1-24, flip stack over print pages 25-47.
Not very neat but it does save paper. (The ink on the paper
will cost you more than the paper).

Use a macro to print pages 1 to n/2 ending
on an odd number, flip paper over and have macro print
one page at a time counting down from the last page.

A macro from Dana DeLouis to do it correctly

you will probably want the step -2 suggestion.
