That's what you don't see in the Injunction because it's in the
"Confidentioal Settlement Agreement" which seems to be a sealed document that
we will never see. The Injunction is the iceberg's tip--it's the other 90
percent that's important.
I know it's disappointing to some we don't know the full details. But Dennis
is happy with it. Let's leave it at that. IMHO Dennis deserves none of the
criticism that has beem made here and on IRC about his Agreement. No one has
seen it all but Dennis. You make choices in life and Dennis has made one he
is happy about. I buy that and applaud him for having the courage to do it.

I wasn't aware of this other part of the agreement. As I said in a
previous post on the subject, I simply hope that Dennis is happy with
the outcome. Hence my words "from here...".
