Ok, back in December, I pre-ordered Megaplex from them - sent my 2 emails as
stated in their standard reply to international queries.
Now, according to this same standard reply:
2. After we received your details above, we send you a "Confirmation
E-mail of Your Order". When you received our confirmation e-mail, your
order is completed.
So, I received my confirmation email - or at least, I think it was the
confirmation email.
Unfortunately, due to the confusing English in this email, I've only
recently begun to think I should have actually replied to it...
But, as we all know, Megaplex is now sold out.
So, I send an email, last week, to e-hobby asking if I was meant to reply to
it, but Ive yet to receive a reply from them (sent to them on thursday night
GMT, so I would have thought I would have received a reply - the orders were
'confirmed' the next day, for instance)
So, my question - after my complete rambling - is this:
Was I meant to reply to the message in any way (or in a specific way)
If I was, I only have myself to blame really for not getting everything
sorted.
If I wasn't...was Megaplex been shipped to the customers yet?
