Sorry about the previous posting, my newsreader doesn't like to reply to
messages real well.

Ok, I didn't know that one could post to 128.2.254.18. Of course, if someone
has posted this one there already, then I won't bother. Don't worry about me
posting X-rated gifs, AOL has a strict no-t*ts policy, so that bunny is as racy
as they can get.

But, you can post and type of Gif (G to NC-17) to a group. If people
posted a few gifs a week (as long as there are no 1200X800 24 bit pics), in
a group with as slow traffic as this, it wouldn't be a big deal. So, if you
have some Gifa that can't be posted at sites (read X gifs) then post them
here.

Hullo - this is my 1st posting (i.e. if the net crashes, it's just me).

Some folks a few messages back mentioned a picture of a "toon orgy"
called XTOON1.GIF. I would like to get hold of that GIF, if I can.
I've tried sending mail to someone who mentioned it, but it never goes
through. Can any one steer me to an FTP site, or, if you are really
really nice, mail it to me? It would be really nice of you.

Pleeaaassee?? Not that I'm begging, Oh no heaven forbid.

I think, if you change the ears and the tail, that picture would almost look
like Gadget in _Rescue Rangers_, or what she might look like in a few years.
(I imagine Gadget being in her early teens. Have no idea how old Chip and
Dale are supposed to be.)

This is nice, but what can those of us not blessed with internet access do to
post and/or receive such pictures? As I mantioned before, I will have some
scanned photos of ConFurence 2 available soon, and I would like to put them
somewhere publically accessable. Any clues as to how I would go about this?
It seems that posting them here is not a good thing...

I have included parts of the monthly welcome posting in
alt.graphics.pixutils. This tells you how to ftp, through email.
Please do not abuse this possibility. For further information, please
read comp.graphics or alt.graphics.pixutils

Yeah, that looks suspiciously similar to his style. I will ask him about that
the next time I see him. It would be nice if people would at least credit
stuff that they post...

I really appreciate this, as I do not get either of those groups at my site,
but it does not appear to address the sending part of the problem. I would
like to make the pictures I have available to interested parties without
incurring excessive costs or administrative overhead. At this point, it seems
to be impossible, and I find that a bit difficult to credit. I would really
welcome someone who has better knowledge of these matters giving me some
advice on at least who to ask about such things. I appreciate the pointers
to the groups you mentioned, but this is pretty much a one shot deal, and I
have enough trouble keeping up with news groups I have direct interest in. :-)

Thanks in advance for any help with this.
