spammer from IP 65.17.89.66 claims to be partnered
with the Texas Department of Criminal
Justice and says their service provides easy way to send money to Texas Inmates.

LARTed ab...@birch.net, u...@ftc.gov, webmaster of Texas Department of Criminal
Justice asking what's the truth.

1800inmates.com was not found at BBB Information System search,
though they claim to be member of "Better Business Bureau".
Going to file complaint to Texas BBB.

1800inmates.com is not TRUSTe licensee,
though they have TRUSTe logo on their page.
Going to file complaint for unauthorized use of
TRUSTe seal.

1800 Inmates claims to be in business for over 25 years, even though
domain was registered last November and google can't find any references to this
"business".
